I've been going to Exquisite for as long as I could remember it's always my go to place for nails and pedis. So I decided for my birthday to have 4 friends come with me so I made us an appointment 4 hours in advance and was told my appointment was at 4pm for 4 pedis.When I got there I was told to wait in my car and they will call me when they are ready so after sitting in my car for 45 minutes I went back in to ask how much longer because we had other plans for the evening I wasn't rude just simply asked then I was told they could only do one of us right now and the others in 30 mins so I was pretty upset finally they sat us all down and I received the worst pedicure I've ever gotten it was so rushed and I'm very upset with how I was treated and how my friends were treated if i could Id give it no stars I would! read more

I have been a customer at Exquisite since it opened. So today when I brought my clients in to have their nails painted, I expected them to have the same exquisite experience I have always had... but they received the exact opposite. When we walked in to have their nails painted, we were seated off to the side at the drying area where the girls had their nails painted in their laps. As if that wasn't bad enough, other customers were seated and taken care of FIRST before anyone came back to put a simple snowflake on the girls nails. As a matter of fact, we waited 45 minutes or longer for someone to take less than 5 minutes to add a snowflake to their nails. Since these girls are paying customers, I don't understand why on earth they weren't seated at a booth and properly taken care of in a timely fashion. Today when other customers came in, they were taken care of in a timely fashion and treated like a priority. I know when I'm there, regardless of what I'm having done, I am seated at a booth and the nail tech takes care of me before moving on to the next client. Today my clients were treated as less than equal to the rest of the customers and that is not okay. read more

I will never step back in this place. My normal salon was closed and I had promised my daughter back to school nails. Next time, I will just break my promise. First of all, it is FILTHY. There are dead bugs in the window seal and I was the first customer yet there was already nail dust on the tables. They were out of my first FOUR color choices, I paid for a mani-pedi and essentially just got a color since there was no massage and foot grading- just simply the hand movements. My daughters nails were so bad, she even said they weren't correct. If my six year old can tell this is not the result of a service you pay for, you know its bad. They did correct hers, AFTER we brought their attention to it. They were extremely unorganized and even though I was the first customer, it took TWO HOURS to complete because the gentleman kept standing up and walking off! I have never had a worse experience! Disappointing customer service! As I came in, no hello....just for me to sign in and what was my request. I wanted a pedi and gel mani color to match on fingers and toes. I was given the color pallete and every decision I made, they didn't have color and then the one I finally made was not the actual color that was supposed to be on the nails. So here it goes....They had put a different color on wrong nail on the pallete. The pedicure was done very quickly and was not as relaxing as hoped but otherwise it was fine. I was unsure of color when it was put on my toes but thought it might have been different in my mind. So we get to manicure and I mentioned it, and was told that this color was so pretty on my hands and toes. After it was done I asked to compare because I didn't like the color but felt it was what I had picked. Well.....it didn't match, I was told how pretty the color I had was and the amount to pay. The nail tech told her boss and he agreed it didn't match but nothing was offered just told me thank you and where to pay. I came back a couple hours later because I just really didn't like the color and was going to a wedding the next day. I was told it would be $40 for the polish change, that it was the polish companies fault and not theirs. The owner was incredibly rude and wanted nothing but the money for the polish change. I was willing to tip the tech being that she was redoing the service. After she started re-doing she kept blaming the polish.... And then tried to tell me that I never should have accepted it when she was applying. I do think she is right, I should have spoken sooner but I was continually being told it's a good color.....almost being forced to like it, so I was trying to not be rude! Well if you don't like your color be RUDE, because they just want the money and not customer satisfaction. The customer service was poor and feel very let down by the experience! read more
