In the last two years the service level has…read moredecreased, but I took my vehicle to the dealership to have it diagnosed anyway because of convenience and a gift certificate that would help to save money. I know that the dealership is expensive, but it is not normally more than $100 -$200 of a difference. I also had a $50.00 gift certificate that could be used towards service so I decided to see what they could do (they would not honor it because they said a diagnostic is not a service. Lol). The quote that they came back with was $1,000 more than other places I called for quotes. So I had to make the decision to go to another company (review on that company coming later). They charged me $129.95 for a diagnostic and when we went to pick up my vehicle to have it towed the hood was still open, the battery cover was nowhere to be found (later found in the back seat after talking to the service manager) and the car would not respond like it has been responding prior to dropping it off. Once I called to let them know that I would have to tow it to another facility the tech just didn't care. That is horrible customer service and will prevent me from going back there in the future. I need a new vehicle, I love the Volvo SUV and my experiences with this service department caring more about making money than great customer service has prevented me from wanting to purchase a new Volvo SUV. I know others that are also looking for a vehicle and I will encourage them not to purchase a Volvo because of the type of service that I have experienced over the years with them caring more about money than doing the right thing. To top it all off after performing a diagnosis and paying for it they did not provide the diagnostic paperwork. When I asked for it they said that they didn't have it. The foreman diagnosed it without doing all of the diagnostic checks. What??? So why did I pay for a full diagnostic if they didn't do a full diagnostic? That leads me to believe it was never done. Do not go to this place for service. It is a scam.

We drove almost two hours today to view, test drive, and purchase the vehicle. When we arrived the first thing we noticed were the pictures online misrepresented the condition of the car. In the pictures online the car looks decent with no chipped paint or scratches. Upon further inspection there was peeling paint, scratches on the exterior and a large crack in the windshield. In the interior of the car the headliner was secured by thumbtacks, the backseat leather was ripped, and the glove compartment came completely off in our hands. The online ad for this particular car advertised AC blows cold air, but once the car was started we tested the AC only to discover it was blowing hot air only. My husband test drove the car and stated he was surprised that the car made it back to the dealership after only a short test drive. Once my husband and daughter arrived back at the dealership my daughter was visibly upset and my husband told the salesman that we were not interested in the car. The salesman asked "What's wrong with it?" The more appropriate question would be what's not wrong with it? So we had to drive two hours home with a heartbroken and disappointed daughter. All I can say is consumer be aware. This dealership specializes false advertising disguised as a good deal!

We are happy with the car, and whenever we had a question those guys were there to work with us. Are they a note lot? Yes. If you pay your car payment on time, will they seize your car? Absolutely not. We could've found other options to cover the loan, but their company was easy and accessible than other options. Bottom line, I'm confident we made the right decision about the car and about choosing Flair Auto Group as our dealer.
