This company left a card in our door and we happened to be looking for a company to remove a fallen…read moretree from our yard. We called and they were the first to come by to provide an estimate of several companies we'd called. We were given a very fair quote for what we needed done "because they were doing work in the area." That's usually a red flag to us... especially since this company was from well out of the area... but we took a chance. We were told they'd be there between 9am and noon on Monday to write/sign a contract and then they'd get started. I began to wonder if we'd been scammed, but then they showed up at noon. The gentleman wrote up the contract and said the crew would be there in about an hour. They didn't show up for almost two hours and only worked for about 45 min. They also left trash in our yard and driveway. Once again I wondered if we'd made a mistake. But they were back bright and early the next morning and were done in about 3 hours... cut up and removed a fallen tree, cut down and removed another tree, and removed two parts of trees that had fallen prior to us buying the property and been cut up and left in the woods. They cleaned everything up and made sure we were happy with the work. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Sierra's tree Service removed four trees for us a few days ago…read more We are most interested in quality of service -- especially these days when quality is difficult to find. First, they were prompt, and were here when they said the would be (5 stars) Second, they were professional, and offered actual guidance other than, "Yeah, we can do that. " Third, price was fair. Fourth, Arturo of Sierra's had suggestions for the future. He and his people have extensive knowledge of the local area, and how to prepare for the future growth of our yard which is heavily wooded. Fifth, their arrival was prompt and they were very well-equipped. Sixth: Insurance is readily available, and safety protocols were followed. Any concerns were quickly alleviated. One tree was enormous, around seventy feet, and with ropes, the climber excuded such confidence as not to worry us. There was a great deal of clean-up, and I felt they would have to come back the next day. But, Arturo ensured us they would power through. Though it took until sunset, and basically all day, the job was finished as he said it would be. We have more work to do, and we'll no doubt be incorporating Sierra & their crew. The teamwork was seamless and safe, and I trust their opinion how to best use this land & property. I've dealt with those companies, as many have, where I'd like the opportunity to give even fewer than one star. Sierra's, in my experience, I could give even better than five. I don't give these kind of reviews lightly: these are people I would recommend highly, as in the future I intend to contact them directly. I just can't imagine better work, nor better service.
