The trees were supposed to be stacked. After some debate Mike agreed to come the next Saturday and stacked the logs. We made the mistake of paying him in full and he never showed up. So we moved them ourselves, which was hard because he had not sawed all the way thru the wood nor was it cut in the lengths agreed upon. We then starated to grade the yard and found that the stumps were not below grade as agreed in our contract. We have called and texted Mike a number of times and he promised to come back and complete the job and he has never shown up. And he told me to do what I needed to do because I had signed off on the contract.
