I've lived a block from Marrazzo's for years, I had been already aware of their terrible reputation and would never bring a vehicle there. Unfortunately, our insurance company had our car brought there after being in a minor accident. I genuinely wish I could give negative stars. This is hands down the worst service I've received from a mechanic. Ever. Period. "Completion date" was 12 days from the accident. Not complete. Second date given was a week after that. Nothing. Third date a week later. Nothing. Fourth date a week later. Nothing, again. Fifth date, (and over $600 in rental car costs, mind you) the repair was done - overcharged, and poorly assembled. Phone calls were met with nasty attitudes and poor excuses. "Things happen. People have lives outside of fixing your car." ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? If "it takes time to get parts in" then just MAYBE you should have found out when the part was going to arrive before giving us an "estimated date." Moreover, maybe when you realized the repair was going to take an OVER AN EXTRA MONTH you should have - I don't know - TOLD US??? After the insurance company got fed up they got involved, and we got the vehicle back the following day. HOWEVER, despite the cosmetics being handled, it was retuned in worse condition than it was taken to them in. Intentional? Hard to believe it wasn't considering there was no damage to the roof or wheel well during the accident. Especially when bringing it to another mechanic they found "evidence of disassembly" and "damage that could not have been caused (to the roof) by a minor rear impact." The car, which simply needed a panel and a bumper, is now being totaled. I couldn't be more appalled in the experience I had here. Don't waste your time, unless you want to be disappointed with the service, price, and quality of work. If your insurance company tows you there - request to go elsewhere. On the other hand, if you want to buy a high-mileage, poorly repaired, overpriced car, their lot outside is perfect.
