I ordered the 12oz Oside mix bowl and my mom ordered the 24oz Berry Blast with peanut butter. There were two employees there on the day that we went. I had to tell the person taking our order that we wanted to add peanut butter to the Berry bowl multiple times because he wasnt adding it (I could see it on the screen). My mom and I then sat outside to wait. When our order was ready, my bowl was fine but hers was the wrong size. It was the 16oz and they did not add peanut butter, even though I asked for it multiple times. When I brought it up to the employee, he said it was the 24oz. I told him it wasn't since they have the containers by the register labeled with the size and I could clearly see the second bowl was the wrong size. He finally asked his coworker and she confirmed what I had been saying. He immediately started remaking the second bowl. I understand that there is a learning curve when you're new so I was trying to not be upset about him telling me I was wrong. Anyways, when the second bowl was finally done, we noticed there was barely any fruit and toppings on it. Since I was waiting inside this time, I was able to notice that there were flies all over the place. Especially near the prep area, on the fruit, etc. I would recommend they keep their doors closed to prevent this from happening. Overall, I was not impressed after spending $30 and probably won't be back. I wish them luck and hope they are able to get it together.
