If they would have a low-cost spay-neuter program and STOP telling people to leave cats outside,…read moreTHEN I would recommend them. Leaving cats outside to find their way home will not help them find their way home, will not help their very worried owners find them, stop them from getting into fights, get injured, hit by vehicles, poisoned, keep them warm/cool/ dry, fed, watered, etc. The "shelter" wouldn't be so full if they would promote helping cats rather than leaving them to die a slow death outside, scared and alone. Compassion and help is better than doing nothing. Bob Barker used to say it every single day, "Help control the pet population. Have your pets spayed or neutered." This shelter needs to embrace that and help people get their pets fixed so there won't be a bunch of intact cats running around making more kittens. Instead, they block anyone who posts these suggestions. One of their greatest advocates...and they block on FB because of criticism that they know darn well is correct!!! They can't handle the truth!

We had bad experience here. While finishing picking out items in the shop our young child knocked…read moredown an item and cracked it. Before we could address it a young worker grabbed it from us and said, "I'll take that". When this happened were carrying around approximately $75 in items we planned to buy. We also assumed we were going to pay for or offer to pay for the item or son accidentally knocked down. Before we finished shopping the worker returned and told my wife to pay damages or buy the broken sphere. We then left to pay for only the broken item. While trying to pay for damages and leave the interaction with the owner/manager was bad. She was on the phone, then very rude and lacked any awareness of how to manage a situation like this. She was complaining to us and confrontational about her always taking the short end when people broke things. We left upset and insulted. Instead of leaving and buying several items, including the one we broke. We did find another nursery nearby and had a great experience there. I recommend spending your money somewhere else where it's appreciated.

As the mom of a cocker with several health challenges, I could not be more pleased or satisfied with the care my girl gets each and every time I take her in. I chose this place after much research and because they have a lab on site to get quick diagnosis for whatever is ailing my Sid. It doesn't matter how many animals they have or how many kittens or puppies are born they will give that little extra love to those animals to make them feel secure and safe. When greed takes over caring. I started going to this vet in…read more1998 when I moved to the area, took all my pets there, I was noticing the changes (no longer the small time vet but business), but still I was loyal to them, till unfortunately I lost my cat to their greed. She was not eating, very, very little for days, getting so weak she hardly could walk, we had tried a medicine to improve her appetite but didn't work, they recommended another that "should" work, but didn't have at the office and had to order not knowing how long it could take, I saw that on Chewy.com I could overnight it and start right away, but they REFUSED to give me the prescription, so more days with no eating and by the time I got the med, was too late and my cat is dead. Am I going to recommend them, heck NO!

She was extremely professional and prepared- she came to my home masked (COVID-19) for the interview/initial set-up and was amazing! We went over pet health, where pet supplies were, what my kitty's habits/likes/dislikes are, if there were any household things like mail or plant watering that needed to be taken care of, contacts in case of emergency, etc. It took a few visits for my kitty to come out to visit with her, but she was very understanding and patient! (Maisie Cat had a very hard life before me.) Now when Elizabeth visits she meets her at the top of the stairs, purring! Elizabeth usually sends me a quick text saying everything is fine on the days she visits and when I arrive home there is a detailed sheet with all kinds of updates. There were a few days when my schedule changed last minute and I texted Elizabeth, asking if she could switch visit dates. She worked with me when she could and was very flexible!
