I reviewed with the check in girl , for my dog to be fed 3 times a day, he also had printed instructions in his backpack. Plus his food has instructions printed on it. I even called on Saturday to see if they had questions. I picked him up on Sunday evening and he was returned with all of his Sunday food. they hadn't fed him since the night before... they only fed him once at night.. all of his food.
