We were vacationing in the area and they were able to see our dog the next day for some eye issues…read more- they seem to have dedicated appointment times for last minute / urgent walk ins which was great. The tech and vet we interacted with were fantastic, very thorough and actually caught something unrelated to the reason we went in. Prices were reasonable and they walked through all charges before doing anything. They also sent over info to our regular vet. Would definitely go back if needed and in the area.

I know they relieved his pain and set him on the path to recovery. Fantastic Vet service with hours that are actually useful! I am switching to their clinic for all future needs. My old Vet was not available on weekends so they were of no help when we really needed them. 80 Miles is not too far to drive for good care! Not cheap but worth it!

Elizabeth gets all the stars we can give! I had never had a pet sitter beyond family coming to…read morefill my cat's food and water and I had no clue what to expect or what questions to ask. She was extremely professional and prepared- she came to my home masked (COVID-19) for the interview/initial set-up and was amazing! We went over pet health, where pet supplies were, what my kitty's habits/likes/dislikes are, if there were any household things like mail or plant watering that needed to be taken care of, contacts in case of emergency, etc. It took a few visits for my kitty to come out to visit with her, but she was very understanding and patient! (Maisie Cat had a very hard life before me.) Now when Elizabeth visits she meets her at the top of the stairs, purring! Elizabeth usually sends me a quick text saying everything is fine on the days she visits and when I arrive home there is a detailed sheet with all kinds of updates. There were a few days when my schedule changed last minute and I texted Elizabeth, asking if she could switch visit dates. She worked with me when she could and was very flexible!

I would give 10 stars if I could! Elizabeth has taken care of our farm animals (goats, chickens,…read moredogs) and gecko for many years. She goes the extra mile in making sure that everyone is happy and healthy while in her care! She leaves thorough notes and checks in as needed. Elizabeth handles everything as it comes and always has a smile!!

When greed takes over caring. I started going to this vet in…read more1998 when I moved to the area, took all my pets there, I was noticing the changes (no longer the small time vet but business), but still I was loyal to them, till unfortunately I lost my cat to their greed. She was not eating, very, very little for days, getting so weak she hardly could walk, we had tried a medicine to improve her appetite but didn't work, they recommended another that "should" work, but didn't have at the office and had to order not knowing how long it could take, I saw that on Chewy.com I could overnight it and start right away, but they REFUSED to give me the prescription, so more days with no eating and by the time I got the med, was too late and my cat is dead. Am I going to recommend them, heck NO!

I didn't have time to get my Sheltie mix, Tyler, groomed before we left on vacation - so I decided…read moreto looking for a place in Marshfield that could cut his hair. I did a google search and found Amy's Pet Grooming - Amy and Becky share an office, Amy works on the weekends, Becky during the week. I called on a Tuesday and Becky was able to get me in on Wednesday morning. I dropped Tyler off at 9am, and she said he would be done in 4 hours. I returned at 12:45pm, and she had just finished with his haircut. He was running around the store playing with their small white terrier and her toys. He was having a blast. His haircut looked beautiful, Becky did a great job on trimming him up! I have gotten several comments on how great he looks in the past week! Three people have asked me how old my puppy is - I tell them he's 8.5 years old! It was such a great haircut that he looks like a puppy again! I thought it was a little overpriced at $45, especially for a small town - considering I only pay $30 at my groomer at home, but it did include a bath (which I do not typically do since Tyler loves to get baths at home, and I can use my preferred Shampoochie soap from the Green Stone Soap Company). But, I guess when there are only 4 groomers in town ... it's easy to charge more. He does look beautiful, so it was worth it. Two thumbs up to Grooming by Becky!

If they would have a low-cost spay-neuter program and STOP telling people to leave cats outside,…read moreTHEN I would recommend them. Leaving cats outside to find their way home will not help them find their way home, will not help their very worried owners find them, stop them from getting into fights, get injured, hit by vehicles, poisoned, keep them warm/cool/ dry, fed, watered, etc. The "shelter" wouldn't be so full if they would promote helping cats rather than leaving them to die a slow death outside, scared and alone. Compassion and help is better than doing nothing. Bob Barker used to say it every single day, "Help control the pet population. Have your pets spayed or neutered." This shelter needs to embrace that and help people get their pets fixed so there won't be a bunch of intact cats running around making more kittens. Instead, they block anyone who posts these suggestions. One of their greatest advocates...and they block on FB because of criticism that they know darn well is correct!!! They can't handle the truth!
