The location was also close to home, which made the process even more convenient. When I arrived, the shop was clean, neatly organized, and thoughtfully decorated. I especially liked the billboard displaying different wrap colors--it gave the place a professional and creative feel. The staff member who helped me walked me through the different tint options available. Even though I had already decided on the basic tint, which I had requested a quote for on Yelp, he continued to push some of the higher-end options. While I understand he was doing his job, it felt a bit unnecessary, and once I stuck to my choice, his enthusiasm seemed to fade. I asked a few more questions, but his responses were minimal, which left me feeling slightly brushed off. The tinting process was estimated to take most of the day, which I didn't mind, as I was planning to pick up the car before closing. However, I never received a call letting me know the car was ready, so I had to reach out to the store myself. Despite that communication issue, the actual tint work was excellent. The final result looked clean and professional, and I'm very happy with how it turned out. After the owner gave me a one hour spiel about how good he was and what other people do wrong and what he does different, I decided to go with him. Let's just say it's been a very big soar spot for me. Having to go back six times to correct things, was very annoying, and then to have the audacity to tell me my paint was bad from the start just did it for me. So, I can and will always say Chris runs an awesome business, his workers are tops in what they do. I got the PPF with Ceramic tint and window tinting. For $4300 and a "Certified Installer" I figured I couldn't go wrong ! WRONG ! It took this man 3 times to get it right , the first time taking over 2 weeks. There were bubbles so I had to go back a second time to have the bubbles corrected.... Another week. Then a THIRD time because there were bubbles again. He offered to come to my house to do it but only because I was going to take him to court for a refund. The third time has been successful, but here is the kicker ... he contacted me a year later and wanted to do a check up on his work, so I agreed and came all the way back he did his check around the car , maybe washed it , I don't recall now, but then tried to charge me for the visit , like $200 I think. I refused to pay and left .... I would NEVER go back to him or his shop for anything ! My son had his Tesla Model Y completely wrapped in a beautiful green, teal, gold, transition ... it took 1.5 days , was $2700 , and done right the first time at another place of course ....
