The ticket purchasing online was very easy and painless. It's definitely a good idea to buy tickets ahead of your visit to ensure you get the time slot you want. The check in process was pretty easy also. There are computers just next to the enterance where you sign an electronic waver so that if you get hurt you can't sue them. Seems reasonable to me! Play at your own risk. Then you check in with the front desk to get your wrist bands. This place is very new and extremely clean. There is a snack bar to get some food, an arcade, and some lockers to put your stuff in We had a great time and will come back again for sure!

There were numerous logistical failures while we were at Launch. When we arrived, we noticed that our reservation start time was listed on their check in screens for the wrong time. We notified staff that it was the wrong time and they said no big deal. Well, it turned into a big deal when they ran out of space for birthday parties starting after ours and they were trying to kick us out of our party room. They also ran out of pizza- they had to order pizza for our only our party from Domino's. They said it was from Domino's, but it tasted like the worst Domino's pizza we ever had in our lives. Something you don't want to happen at a kids birthday party is to run out of pizza- there will be a mutiny. We had booked our party months in advance- how poorly managed are you to not have enough dough, cheese and sauce to make enough pizzas for the booked parties. They also ran out of silverware, napkins and knives to cut cakes. While we were cutting our cake, the staff came in our party room and just took the knife from us as we were using it and gave the party room next door. After we finished cake, they were trying to rush us out because they ran out of party room space. It's their fault they had our time listed wrong- I showed them my confirmation email listing the correctly booked time. What a waste of time and money.

I believe we visited on a Tuesday or Wednesday, whichever night it was they had a special an hour of Nerf wars for $20/pp. Our son had a great time in the HUGE (HUUUUUUUGE!!!) bounce area ( it is so big they have CCTV in the back for parents/non-participents to watch from the seating area). They also had a variety of games, which require a pre-paid card, but were all very reasonably priced (0.25 cents to $1.75). The pre-paid card also came with certain deals (load $10 receive $12 credit) and there were a variety of games for a variety of different skill-levels. They had the "play until you win" claw machine too, which is great for kids of all ages. The prize wall was expansive and the prizes were "priced" fairly. It ranged from a few points for candy to thousands of points for larger items. My son was able to get a stuffed animal for around 700 points, and he loves that thing. The area was clean, it was not crowded, parking was plentiful and staff was friendly and approachable. We really loved Xtreme craze.

My daughter and 5 year old granddaughter drove down from Bangor, ME. My granddaughter so badly…read morewanted to go to Mini-Mel's so we checked the website to see if they are open yet for the season and it said they were open from 12-6PM. See photo of website that I checked today. I even had my wife call them to confirm because it is April 23rd and I wasn't sure if the season started yet. No one answers the phone. They just have a recording saying to check their website for days and hours. So we drove there. The ticket booth had a lighted sign that says, "Open" and listed their hours as Noon - 6PM Monday through Sunday starting April 19th but no one was there and many rides had tarps over them. We walked around looking for someone and finally found a person who worked there. They said they are only open on weekends. My wife explained that she called and no one answers the phone. The person said that we should have checked the website for their hours. She said, "We did and it says you are open." As does the lit up sign at the ticket booth! The person said, "Well all the rides are closed and covered with tarps." Anyway, my granddaughter started crying. She was so disappointed because we had told her all about the rides and bounce house and she had been so excited to go. We couldn't go back on the weekend because she was leaving to go back home to Maine on Friday. This place has gone downhill. This is the second time in the last year that it has been closed when it was supposed to be open and I will not subject my grand kids to this nonsense and disappointment, nor will I give my hard earned money to a company with such poor customer service. The loaner clubs are horribly bad. When we finished the ice cream was still closed. We promised our son mini-golf so we left and went to Sullivan Farms only 5 minutes down the road. (Great ice cream and friendly staff) We came back to do the mini-golf. They have a great layout and fun design but the water features were off and the greens torn in multiple places on each hole. Not to mention there was 2 women with 2 children using it as a playground. One ran right up and took 2 of our golf ball's. The woman took her time to collect her child and give us the balls back but never apologized. Not sure why they were letting them run around like that. But no one from the place did anything. We won't be back.... Seems like there is a lot that needs improving for the mini golf and for the range I suggest having your own clubs. The only upside was the looks of the bumper boats and batting cages... I wasn't spending more money to try it so only basing that off the looks of them.
