Someone was always available answer all of our questions and process through options with patience and kindness even before we were preapproved. So when it was time for my family to upgrade our home we knew exactly who we were going to go to. Our case was multi-layered because we wanted to find our new home, but we also had to sell our existing home at the same time. The whole team was amazing from start to finish. From discussing our gameplan, figuring out timelines, listing our home, scheduling private tours, getting preapproved, putting offers in, shopping for loans, and requesting multiple worksheets - their expertise and professionalism was unmatched. (Special mention to Darwin and Marlyne for always making themselves available to answer all our questions and address every concern. And also, to Eileen for her promptness with all the documents). Even when we were hesitant or got worried about the finances, they never pressured us to rush into any decision. We always felt supported and encouraged.
