I arrived about 30 minutes early and texted him, but I received no reply. I waited 30 minutes until the apoitned time then walked to the unit at 530, the door was locked. I called him and he did not answer. I waited an extra 15 minutes just in case he was running late. That mess is completely unacceptable. I will be doing everything I can to make sure my complaint on this matter is heard on as many review platforms possible.

Jay, Lucas, and Allison has made the buying process as smooth and easy as possible, considering the challenge of buying during the pandemic and the insane seller's market. We toured about a dozen homes with Lucas over a few months and made 3 offers before eventually winning our current home. Lucas was always available and early to every single meeting. We tried to get there 10-15 minutes before him and he still beat us to the house. On one occasion, he was about 1.5hr away and still was able to meet us at a house on short notice (and he was early of course). He was in constant communication with listing agents/us and never made us feel like we were wasting his time. He was not pushy at all but did try to provide us with insight on each house and the offer situation in order for us to make a decision. I recall once we had made an offer after hours around 9 or 10pm and Lucas/Jay had signed it within minutes and sent it over to the listing agent. I admit I was skeptical at first being referred to an agent versus selecting my own but I'm glad we went with First Team/Homearly.
