Luis provides a fast, informative and professional experience when i asked him to list my condo for sale. He was able to maintain a steady consistent flow of folks looking to purchase visiting the property to see the Condo. Within a few weeks we were in escrow! I can say Luis was very transparent, honest and won't waste your time. Luis was always willing to explain anything (paperwork) in detail for my understanding. I was always able to easily reach Luis whether text or call for anything I needed during the process which gave me a lot of peace. I strongly recommend Luis and can say he has the background, drive, and just a willingness to help anyone. read more

I will never use another agent again. After my wife and I had a terrible experience with a prior agent and thought all hope to sell our house was lost, Luis restored our faith in the process. Luis is professional and experienced and knew exactly what it took to get our house sold. He had our house sold in one day. Luis comes with a vast amount of resources and great support team that held our hand through the entire escrow process. He also helped us find our dream home. He anticipated our wants and needs during our home search and was great company to boot. Our kids just loved him. He became like a member of the family. Buying a house can be tricky and all consuming. We had some complex issues to work out with the seller of the home we purchased. I can truly say that Luis's no nonsense approach to doing business simplified the difficult parts of the transaction which made for a more positive experience for my wife and I. I don't think a less experienced agent could have accomplished that. Take my word for it, selecting the wrong Real Estate agent can work against you and is a complete waste of time. If your looking to sell or buy a home don't waste your time, call Luis. read more

Great home buying experience. This is our second home. Our first home purchase was a total nightmare. Went with a friend from high school. I won't go into details but it took us forever to find a house, very frustrating. Worst part of all, when we got our keys we couldn't even move in because the tenants weren't ready to move out so we ended up becoming Landlords for a whole month. Looked to our agent for answers but all he said was that there was nothing he could do so we waited. So for anyone buying a home do your home work and get a good experienced agent, it makes all the difference. Fast forward 10 years spoke to Luis about a home we saw. I know Luis from work, we treated his whole family. I told him we wanted some info on a house we saw and he was on it. Constant contact and updates, we didn't have to call him to find out what was happening or go days without hearing from him. Luis and his team were on it from the get go. Totally different experience. He sold our house for more money than we thought we'd get and got us into or new home. I tell my friends and family about Luis because I know they'll be in good hands. Look forward to working with Luis again soon, wife wants a bigger yard now! Thanks again Luis for all your hard work and all your help. read more

Luis Sequeira from Re/max Masters Realty helped us successfully purchase an incredible Covina home. He's a personable, competent and confident realtor and my mother and I felt comfortable with him immediately. He seemed very comfortable with us too- he's obviously worked with plenty of first time homebuyers, which was important to us. As first time homebuyers we were relatively uninformed and had a lot to ask. He was patient, very flexible, and super quick to respond to our questions. We were prepared for a long search, but unexpectedly after just meeting Luis, he knew exactly what we were looking for and had a home in mind for us that matched our needs and desires. After viewing the home, I was relieved to know he truly understood what we were looking for. Luis gave great advice as far as our offer went- he was very knowledgeable about what would make our offer stand out in an extremely competitive market. He helped us view the home several times, get it pre-inspected, get our mortgage details in order, put the offer together, and got our offer accepted. Being my first home buying experience, Luis made it as anxiety- free as possible. I can't recommend him enough! There's no doubt in my mind who to call if I purchase or sell in the future. If you want your business earned, he's the one for you! read more

Selling and buying a home can be very scary and my husband and I have gone through it 3 times, with realtors we randomly found and weren't too thrilled with. We had to sell our current home rather quickly and wanted someone we trusted to do it honestly. We asked Luis to take over for us and we literally trusted him with EVERYTHING and he rocked it! Our house sold within 2 days and for more money than we had asked. Luis was honest with us and the buyers throughout the entire process and kept everything moving along. He was ALWAYS available to talk on the phone or meet up in person. He knew what would help us sell the house, gave us many pointers before and during the sale, and we just always felt at ease. I will never use another realtor and can't wait to buy my next house so Luis can find me a good one!! read more

Having lived in our home in Covina for over 25 years and finally making the difficult decision to sell, our main concern now was who would be the most knowledgeable and effective real estate agent with the best strategic plan for selling our house quickly, smoothly and at the highest price possible for us. We knew several real estate agents in the area, but when we researched Luis Sequeira's "on-line resume" and compared it to the others', we were quite impressed and knew that we needed to speak with him. So, we made an appointment to "interview" him, and immediately felt at ease with his warm personality and sincere desire to fight for us. We met with Luis on March 14. He is a very good listener, a polite, respectful family man who explained to us what his plan was, how he would proceed, and confidently told us that he would sell our house. He explained step by step what we needed to do in terms of preparing the house for sale and helped us all the way. Luis always kept us informed, skillfully used technology for e-signing of documents and simply gained our trust from the start. He always kept us positive even when we would worry about such details as the home inspection or whether the house would appraise at value or the Escrow process. He simply did his homework and performed his magic. He truly had our best interests at hand. We listed our house on April 5, and within a few days, there were 11 offers, several for more than what we had offered, one of which we chose with his guidance. We ended up closing Escrow with the money in our bank on May 26. Luis fought for us and made process so very simple. I especially appreciated the "all-in-one" operation at the Re/Max office in Covina with the helpful, friendly staff. If you wish to sell your house or are looking for a new home, Luis is an honest, hardworking, decent individual who will work for you to make your dreams come true. We are so very pleased that we chose Luis as our real estate agent. We really can't imagine choosing anyone else in the area. read more

I've purchased and sold properties throughout my adulthood and have worked with various Real Estate Agents that were okay but not really good. For my most recent real estate needs I was referred to Luis, who was highly recommended by a relative of mine. From past experience I had no expectations, except to say that at best, I hoped to find what I needed and that Luis could get me through the process with only a few headaches. I am so happy to say that my experience with Luis was wonderful. He was attentive, listened to my needs, didn't waste my time, found what I wanted, and took me through the process of my purchase with ease. As my husband and I started our endeavor, it was not the most pleasant experience. We had been working with several agents through a long period of time, which I felt they were not compatible with us. With no time wasted, he started to show us houses. Luis knew exactly what we had been looking for this whole time. The process was quick, painless and pleasant.
