Their food is what I'd call "elevated food truck," with a rotating, bistro-style menu often featuring the freshest and most in season ingredients. While I've never had a bad bite here, the star of the show is definitely their mac 'n cheese. Their sandwiches, tacos, and Asian-inspired dishes hit home runs as well. The best part is, everything they serve pairs well with any of Farmstrong's delish beers or house-brewed ciders. Most recently, I had their smash burger tacos paired with a La Raza Mexican Lager - oh yeahhhh! But I stopped there twice and... no truck. I looked for updates on social media, but (alas) still couldn't seem to sync up with them. Then, one random weeknight, we headed to Barley & Brew in Sedro Woolley to see a comedy show, and there was Karuma. Score! At the time, I was recovering from a tummy bug, and didn't want to eat raw fish yet, so I ordered a California Roll and got a beeper to await my order. 45 minutes later... it was ready.
