Wedding Day after 9 months of personal training!

We had the most wonderful wedding this past July, and I have to say, I looked and felt my best! All of the hard work and training with Jasson was totally worth it! If you're looking to get fit with some amazing motivation, Jasson is your guy!

I fell off the pedestal, crashed my head on the wall and ended up in Lenox Hill hospital getting a CAT scan of my head and jaw. Turns out my jaw was dislocated and now needs PT to get it straight. I cancelled the rest of my sessions and asked for a refund. Ahmed gave me a refund BUT he insisted on charging me for the session that put me in Lenox Hill Hospital! He's a man of no honor.

A little less than a decade ago I pass PushLab Fitness...my sister and I watched a trainer with his client and his passion to train, his intensity and strength training exercises that I wanted nothing to do with at the time. (I was in my happy hour era don't judge lol) I swore the idea off saying I don't have what it takes and off we went. Here I am... a decade later and eating my words, anxiously waiting for each physically challenging session. Every day is unexpected and almost entirely different from the last. Never boring and hitting every part of my body. My legs are in poor health and he's extremely attentive to it. He pushes me to do better, work harder, stay focused. He truly cares about the direction of your fitness and all around health and never once makes you feel like you're just an in and out client. He makes me want to do better and be better. I recently started working out here with my trainer who found this place on Yelp a year and a half…read moreago. Very well equipped gym where you can train every muscle group you need. I really enjoy that it is private and there are no crowds (I really enjoy working out in silence). I had the chance to meet Ben, the owner. I very cool guy and a real encyclopedia of fitness. I also like its working hours. I can visit it either before going or after finishing work. Would definitely recommend to all my friends, who need a good place to work-out...and to the lazy ones, hahaha.

This is a private training gym that is used exclusively by trainers. The space is newly renovated, very open, bright and sunny. All the equipment is fairly new, and the owner really does a good job of keeping things running well. I suppose part of why I have such a great experience here is that my trainer, Andrei Moreno, is completely amazing. But that said, I'm so used to seeing all the other trainers there as well, and they're all really nice people. If you are looking for a good personal training experience, you could contact the owner at this place and he trains people himself, or he may be able to refer you to someone. If you currently have a trainer and are working out somewhere that isn't such a nice place, you might send your trainer this way and start using this gym!

I was able to (over years of time) able to lose down to 112 pounds which is much healthier for my frame (I am 4'11). This specific time with dara went from may to November, and I was able to lose 10 solid pounds after putting myself through a long building phase where I purposely gained weight and muscle. We took the best approach for this season of my life and was completely able to enjoy my entire summer with hardly any restrictions, I truly got the best of both world working with dara!

I had lung cancer since 2014. I did surgery chemo and radiation. And in 2017 they said it was in my…read morespine.  In Nov 2021, I was in the hospital, they said I had blood clots. But the blood clot medication was not working. I had to be in the hospital on the IV for 3 days.  I couldn't move, drive, walk, I was in a wheel chair. Then they said my chemo stopped working. Then I started to wear all of the Photo Therapy patches you recommended. I did those every day faithfully.  I lived with my sister, because she was taking care of me. Now I take care of myself, I can walk, run, I can drive. I am able to do work around the house. And fully take care of myself. So I moved out of my sisters house. And a lot of my protocols that I was doing before, went by the wayside. I wasn't doing all the things I was doing in my therapy. And I started to feel something was off. So I remembered what I was doing before. And one thing was the patches. I started to wear them again, and have been wearing them for 2.5 weeks again. I have a lot more energy now. I was wearing patches for 3-4 month, in 2022. After that, in Nov 2022, they did X rays, and the doctor said that my lungs look better than 2021.  I have a girlfriend who is doing chemo and she said, I wish I did what you did, take my health into my own hands. And do all these alternative protocols.  I did chemo 4 times before and it didn't work. And it made me extremely exhausted.  My Chiropractor told me, you look like walking death. He thought I was going to die that year. And now I can run. I breathe better. I have more energy. I can drive, which is huge. I take care of myself. And my Chiropractor said I want to know everything you are doing. What I would say to a person who is curious but scared, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. The patches regenerate your stem cells. I haven't seen any products that can do that. That's what intrigued me because you need new stem cells all the time when you have cancer.
