Dear reader, other yelp reviews may leave you feeling slightly hesitant to indulge in ye olde jasper's restaurant. I urge you to go in with open eyes and a heart ready to be pleased. My crew and I had developed a ravenous appetite after a day snowboarding and driving. Our expectations were high. And without a doubt they were fulfilled. This is reflective of food that was great, phenomenal service by dear Heather who accommodated copious modifications from our rowdy crew, a generally lovely FOH staff, and a kitchen who executed flawlessly. Bravo! Points of particular complement include the huckleberry bbq, vats of fry sauce with a very user friendly bottle, and a veggie burger alike a beefy smash burger. Goddamn. Not to mention the portal into a rather risque yet homey casino. Love. xoxo passersby.

Staying at a nearby hotel on a road trip. Clean and friendly staff. The menu and prices looked good and dishes coming out of the kitchen looked huge. I was not that hungry so opted for some fried cheese and wine - hot and fresh and perfect dinner for me that night. Sat close to the bar and casino area so that was kind of loud but lively and entertaining.

Beacon.... For those who have no idea what these dark strips are.

Breakfast for lunch.... 4 of us and everything was good.... Especially the Beacon... Hash browns were more like home fries but OK... According to the wives the huckleberry Mojito's Are great

Once again, this is one if my favorite stops in the entire USA. I love coming here. It's quick and it's easy, great breakfast, lunch special, dinner menu offered. An entire dessert show case of pies and cakes. The fish and chips is what I get here. It was very hot and delicious. You can order beers or cocktails from the Talking Bird Saloon. I won't ever be disappointed coming here.

Sometimes I live too much off the beaten path, so twice now I've met up with traveling friends here. It's always amazing food and service. It's a diner environment and the staff are very quick!

Great little diner, half way between here and there. The waitresses are a bit salty, but the food is one to write home about. The menu is plentiful, so if you can't find anything to your liking then move on. Will definitely return.

Service was fast and the food was great. Coffee is bitter But can be cured with salt.

Logger's Special.

Too late for breakfast because of the I90 road conditions so we were denied the opportunity to try the Huckleberry Pancakes. Maybe next time. Followed the advice from Daniel S. and ordered the Logger's Special, a sandwich I never would have normally tried. Certainly different but surprisingly good. The cucumber was the big surprise... not something you will find on any sandwiches from our kitchen. We will, however, be trying to duplicate at home. Had the huckleberry lemonade since I was still pouting (see note) about the pancakes. Note: Pouting is an artform I learned from my children. They elevated this talent at the dinner table when presented with a meal that was on their extensive list of yucky foods. It never works for me when used on servers. Still needs work, I guess.

Loggers special with tater gems

Pretty much your typical diner. There isn't a whole lot of choice when it comes to restaurants in this part of Montana, so this might be as good as it gets. It has all the diner fare you'd expect. I actually got something I'd never heard of before, something called a loggers special, which was roast beef with cream cheese on toasted rye. Sounds suspicious but I actually really liked it. They have lots of bakery items for dessert. They're also attached to a bar you can order drinks from, but it's just standard domestic bottles and cans. There's also a video poker/gambling room attached. My family was just looking for somewhere to stop for dinner going from the Hiawatha Bike trail back to Glacier National Park and this is as good as an option you'll find in that area.

The restaurant is located right next to the travel center and is very small but if you get a table the huckleberry pancakes are the way to go if your in huckleberry country eat huckleberries

It's a little before 7 in the morning on Tuesday, August 22, 2017, and I'm ready for breakfast.

We have stopped here for years. It has really gone down hill. Restrooms were especially gross. Service was almost non-existent.

Boo! Not great and over priced. They serve frozen hamburger patties. Everything is greesy and lacking in taste.
