I travel to Montana a few times a year and this was the first time I have stayed the night in the Hotel. Traveling with a puppy it was nice to have a place so welcoming with our pet. The rooms are dated but it has a nice Montana west feel. I enjoyed our stay. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfy. I will stay here again for sure. They could spruce it up a bit but the price is right for a quick stop for some rest.

While as a vegetarian there was very little to choose from, I found a couple of side items to eat. What I'd like to highlight though is our waitress, who we had twice. Once for dinner and again for breakfast the next day. Her name was Lisa and she was great. She was on top of everything and very personable and friendly. I liked her energy a lot.

The springs were clean, the guests ranged in age and were very friendly, and the staff was outstanding. The rooms and views were simply spectacular. The restaurant and Tavern share the same kitchen so the menu and food are identical. The food was another hit. Chicken fried steak and biscuits and gravy in for breakfast followed by prime rib for dinner. We were never disappointed at Quinn's Hot Springs and certainly recommend.

Thompson Falls is a tiny town with limited options, but this motel seemed to be the best from an online search and what I saw as we passed other motels. Close to the river that runs through town. The room (11) was spacious with two beds, a table and two chairs, and two comfy chairs in front of the TV. Lots of windows with curtains for privacy. Very clean! I was concerned our room was closest to the main road but overall I felt safe and there was no street noise. Didn't explore property but the area we were in was cute with water features and wood bear carvings. Convenient that they have a store with food and gift items where checkin is. Got a souvenir kids shirt for $11! If you find yourself in the area, I'd definitely recommend you stay here.

We eat in the restaurant. Our waitress was more then dis-pleasing, off putting, rude and un-welcoming. I spent over 110.00$ and our families meal of bar food. Shout out to the cooks, food was good as expected. I left a decent tip. My husband took our minor kiddos out back, while myself my sister-in-law, her fiance tried to go to the bar order green tea shots. I wanted to toss my sister-in-law and have a moment. We were meet w a bar tender who tried to force us away w returning my tip from our meal in the restaurant. I declined and told her that was the waitress tip; she told me too not worry about it. Left the tip on the bar and ignored us for a while. As we were trying to order green tea shots. We finally got to order and the shots weren't the shots the buffalo is known for sad when she survived them to us and I paid; i got shorted my change and my sister-in-law was told "happy birthday, goodbye." Even the customer sitting at the bar eating enjoying their time. Had more kindess! Employee's big L. Cooks must be holding this place up. Won't be back for a while.
