That's fine, but 2 people that had appointments after us already went in. If you skipped us, that's ok, just don't make up a BS excuse. Secondly, the parents are not allowed back if the kid is 3 or over. I get that bc I would probably baby him. But when I heard my child screaming from the waiting room and they still wouldn't let me back I was pissed. This was his first time to the dentist and nothing was explained to us. At the end we had to ask what all was done to him. They said the screaming was bc he didn't like the toothpaste.
