    Bent and different size pushrods.
    Craig G.

Engine lasted 45 minutes. Bent push rods, broken push rods, different size push rods and leaking rear main seal. Jasper inspected the engine and said (gummy material in the valve guides bent push rods). REALLY. I guess the different size push rods are not the issue. Jasper should do humanity a favor and stop existing. Horrible engines. Jasper has no idea what the word WARRANTY means. Very confused about how a business should operate. Jasper cost my shop and my costumer MONEY. NEVER AGAIN.

A bunch of transmission debris that was found in the transmission after 20,000 miles it no longer works

Everything could be improved with their company 75 years of remanufacturing, transmissions engines, etc. with three year warranty or 100,000 miles what a joke.when you purchase a transmission with a three years hundred thousand mile warranty and at 44 months later, the transmission goes out with only 20,000 miles on it and they still won't stand behind it due to the warranty was eight months past the 36 months .20,000 miles is nothing on a transmission but when you looked at what was in the pan, this was a problem from the get-go. The transmission company that I had installed it over three years ago. This is just a daily driver for my wife around town nothing more. I called them to talk to them directly, my local transmission shop that installed it for me also tried to talk to them and showed them pictures at first. They said yeah that shouldn't be like that but then three days later they said they stand behind their 36 month warranty and there's nothing that can do about it. their article states that they build transmissions better than OEM's but that's a joke that OEM would definitely last longer than that. They should be out of business because they don't have very good reviews and there's a lot of people that are having issues with their product so if I was you stay away from Jasper's transmissions engines, etc., etc. etc. because it won't last and they will not back up their product. They should be out of business and not in business for 75 years. here's some pictures with only 20,000 miles on this transmission I have to buy a new transmission and have a new one installed again. also, there's pictures of their article how they write all the stuff that they make it better than everybody and it should last for thousands of miles if they can't back up their ad or stand behind their products, then they should be out of business not very happy. We are just regular working people trying to get by and I'm not asking for anything free. I'm just asking for them to replace the transmission at no cost and I don't even need their extended warranty at this point anymore. So please do not purchase anything from this company. We all have to stand together as one thanks.

I bought a Jasper engine for my F150, it only lasted 49,000 miles as a commuter truck. Do not buy a Jasper engine.

I suspect amatuer installers have problems caused by lack of skill and knowledge.

The not-so-good: if this just happened once I wouldn't mention it. But it has happened twice now. The mechanic who changed the oil -evidently when putting the sticker inside the windshield showing when next service is due- made a greasy handprint on the visor. The first time it was in two areas. Management kindly paid for the expense in removing it when I brought it up the first time . But that meant I had to take my car to the detailing shop, difficult to do with a busy schedule. But it was a nice gesture on their part. At that time I asked that whoever that mechanic was, if they could make a note and not allow him in my car anymore. And then it happened again. This time, the greasy fingerprints are not as big, so I will take care of it myself. But it is annoying to have a nice car going in and having someone else's greasy paw prints when you come back out. The mechanics probably drive 4 x 4 mudding vehicles and don't notice... Or don't care... about dirty hands when they get into a customer's newer nicer car. Some more training is in order. Maybe next time I'll wrap it in plastic to protect it. Update 11/2018. Caution if you are afraid of or allergic to dogs. They allow pet owners to bring in dogs. My wife was in the waiting room and a customer brought in her dog. Although it was on a leash, the leash was over 10 feet long and the woman allowed the dog to go up to every customer and sniff and do whatever. When my wife gave a look of "Really?" the woman said to her dog in a loud voice, "That's ok. Not EVERYBODY is friendly." A fellow customer who also didn't care for the dog's activities or for the owner told her "I'm allergic." He along with my wife and a third customer had to leave the waiting room because of the woman and her dog.
