I contacted the pool installer to see if they could come give me tutorial on the equipment they installed but couldn't even get a call back. I contacted at-least 5 other pool companies for a tutorial/inspection and quote for weekly service. One told me to take pictures and come to their store (not helpful), 1 setup appointment but were no show. The other 3 wouldn't return calls or emails. First coast contacted me back within hours of my request and came out 2 days later. The owner was super friendly and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Ended up setting up a weekly service to get pool under control. I may end up taking it over myself once I understand it more but they are so friendly I may just keep the weekly service. They have been here twice now, pool is clean, equipment is working and provide a email service report each week with photo of pool, chemical readings and summary of the chemicals added and services rendered. Highly recommend this growing company if you need pool service!!

I NEVER post things like this, but I feel like I have no other option. We hired Flamingo Pool…read moreService & Repair to install our new pool liner, and it's been nothing but a headache since the start. Initially, installation was scheduled for May 10th, but they canceled due to rain. We were then told it would be done by May 24th, but that was canceled again due to "truck problems." When they finally showed up on that following Tuesday, they installed the liner -- but it wouldn't fill properly and wasn't holding water. After several days of calling with no response, they finally "determined" the liner was faulty and said we needed to order a new one. Three days later the liner showed up but they did not. Since then, it's been complete silence. We've called almost daily with no answers, no updates, and no accountability. It honestly amazes me that every single time something is scheduled, there's an issue. Excuses, delays, and poor communication have turned what should've been a simple project into a nightmare. And to make matters worse -- we actually saw them at a concert while they were actively ignoring our calls and avoiding us all week. So apparently, there's time for live music but not to fix the mess they left behind. We paid for a job that hasn't been done right, and we have been stuck with a useless pool, no answers, and summer passing us by. As of today, we were told no refund would be given despite the work being incomplete and all the hassle that weve been through because "things happen" and none of it was their responsibility. A discountted rate of $500 ($100 off) to redo everything again was offered. When trying to discuss the situation the owner hung up on us out of anger. We were told that going public doesn't bother them and to go ahead, so here I am. I would 100% not waste my money or time on this company. Completely unprofessional, unreliable, and a total letdown. After an entire month of excuses and zero accountability, we were left without a usable pool. Grateful for the friends who stepped in to help us finally get it together -- at least now we have a pool to enjoy!
