Working out with Jason feels as if you are working out with one of your close friends. He is funny, knowledgable, understanding, and very personable. Time flies by as you're talking and joking with him, before you know it an hour has passed by, you're soaked in sweat and your workout is done. Every time I left after a training session with Jason I felt like I had the best workout possible, I could feel the impact right away. Jasons background also makes him very understanding of his clients limitations when working out and he is always happy to modify if needed. He strikes the perfect balance between pushing you to do more and do better but also respecting your limits. One thing that I appreciated was that he went through all the steps of an exercise explaining what muscles should be engaged, how long a position should be held...this helps you have a deeper understanding of your workout so you can have a successful gym session even when you're working out on your own. I have trained with Jason for a couple of months and would definitely recommend him to anyone as a personal trainer. read more

I've had the opportunity to work with Jason for two years as my personal trainer and loved every minute of it. He is phenomenal! Jason is highly skilled and knowledgeable but also personable and always keeps things incredibly fun. He's helped me establish routines of health and wellness, achieve personal fitness goals, push myself to new limits, and work through personal injuries. I've become more confident and adept at using different equipment in the gym and incorporating the myriad of exercises he's taught me in our sessions into my regular workouts. Jason's passion and enthusiasm are infectious and have made working out something that went from being a chore to something I look forward to with results to prove it- I've gained increased strength, fitness, and a much more toned physique. He's celebrated these achievements and been my #1 champion throughout it all. I've also taken classes with Jason enjoy the high-octane energy he brings to this environment as well. I sweat hard- but always leave with a smile on my face! read more

I first met Jason when my mom was training with him in one of his team train classes. After just one class, I loved it so much I enrolled and then again in one of his boxing classes. When it comes to group classes with Jason, he sets the tone for the class as a community; all working together, cheering each other on, and holding each other accountable, all while being attentive to each individual and their specific goals/needs. After three seasons of group training with Jason, I worked with him one on one. He took the time to understand what my personal goals were and built a training program around that. He always made every session fun, intense and educational so I understood how to work on my goals when in the gym by myself. Jason always has a smile on his face and is professional, positive, fun, educational, and truly cares about his clients. You'll leave every session feeling great and like you just had the best workout. I couldn't write enough good things about him! read more

Jason is a fantastic trainer AND we have loads of fun together - lots of laughter and storytelling in between jump squats, cardio bursts, and an ever changing array of exercises. I first started training with Jason about six months before my wedding and with his help, I was able to slim down, tone up and feel at the top of my game by the time my wedding day rolled around. Perhaps an even better indication of how great he is -- the fact that I've continued training with him for months after my wedding (even though I'd told myself I'd only spend the extra during wedding prep!) I can't say enough about how wonderful this man is and how creative his training sessions are. Even after a year of working out together, I'm sore after every workout- a testament to how hard he makes us work and how Jason is always changing up the routine to challenge your body. If you are looking for a new trainer, you'd be lucky to land with Jason. read more

I trained with Jason for the past year and a half, I started with a small team boxing class which progressed to partner boxing private lessons. As a full-time student and part-time worker, I have a bad habit of mismanaging my time, but Jason was great with following up before training to make sure we remembered and prepared to start working out. His approach to training is thoughtful with the message reminders (since he was aware of my sucky memory), fun, and challenging. During Team Boxing and partner Boxing sessions, he would cater the training to the group and individual. I wanted to be challenged and was challenged other women need more detailed feedback on their punches and moves and Jason was always on top of constructive feedback which helped so many of us and our form! On top of it all, Jason is SO FUN! WORK HARD PLAY HARD! read more

I worked with Jason one-on-one for about 4 months, and I honestly don't have enough great things to say about him! I had been working out at my gym very regularly for about 3 years before I met Jason - mostly group classes. Once I met Jason, it was a complete game-changer! He corrected AND perfected my form on most of my exercises and focused on every area that I requested. While I stopped one-on-one work after the 4 months due to my own hectic schedule, I continued taking Jason's group classes since he really kicks your butt in the best way possible! He is so upbeat and positive, with an awesome balance of tough and motivating with fantastic results. He always has a smile on his face, and I love seeing him around the gym regularly. You will not regret working with him! read more

I trained with Jason for about a year and a half in boxing in a small group fitness format. I looked forward to his boxing class every week and couldn't wait until class. Jason brings his positive personality, fun stories, and encouragement to every class. He will push you to dig deep and perform at your full capacity. He keeps classes varied and challenging. In my time training with him, I saw the same people sign up for his classes again and again, creating a wonderful bond between us in the class, but this speaks to how fantastic Jason is as a trainer, that people kept coming back. The only reason I no longer train with Jason is that he has taken his talents out of state, otherwise, I would absolutely still be taking boxing every Wednesday. read more

Jason has been a really fabulous trainer and friend for me this past year--I can't say enough. I had never used a trainer before, and Jason really made sure I was set up for success. When we first met, he really got to know me, what I struggled with, and what my goals were. Because I often felt insecure in the gym, Jason's ability to listen and adjust to what I needed, really made me feel comfortable. Not only did I see results within the first 10 weeks, he helped me build my confidence up in some many ways, especially when going to the gym myself. He gave me routines and taught me the form so that I could continue the work without him. Highly recommend! read more

Jason is an incredible personal trainer and an even better friend. Being a trainer at the same gym, I was always so impressed by Jason's unique and challenging workouts that he provided his clients. I have watched Jason countless amounts of time take on timid clients with a lack of self-confidence in the gym and make them into star boxers, lifters, etc. His energy and overall enthusiasm for health and fitness is contagious and training with him will be the most demanding yet fun part of your daily routine. I highly recommend training with Jason if you are looking for a motivating, determined, and wholesome trainer to help you reach your fitness goals. read more

I've trained with Jason on and off for several years whenever I need a little boost. I started with small group strength training, then boxing, and now we are doing one on one training to keep me in shape during my pregnancy. He has a great motivating energy and always gives me exactly the right intensity of workout! I told Jason I wanted to stay as active as possible and he has helped me do it. The pregnancy has brought new physical limitations and is very knowledgeable about exercises that help strengthen areas that in turn decrease pregnancy related pain and discomfort. I highly recommend him for any type of training! read more

I started working with Jason 4 months post partum with the goal of strengthening up my core again in preparation for running my 5th marathon. I thought I had a good idea of how to work on strength but Jason showed me new moves and got me to feel comfortable using weights and machines. He pushed me but also kept things fun and conversational. I competed my marathon training feeling stronger than ever with no injuries. Jason even went out of his way to send big congratulations when I finished the race! Whether you're a seasoned athlete or newbie Jason can help you reach your goal! read more

I've trained with Jason one-on-one for two years. Jason is truly an awesome trainer who always motivated me to always push harder when I wanted to stop. I remember when I first met Jason, I was so out of shape that I couldn't even do a lunge. Flash forward two years later, Jason has helped me train for a Spartan race, started boxing and doing dead lifts. Crazy right, especially since I couldn't even perform a simple lunge on day 1. He has helped me realize my own strength throughout my fitness journey. Lastly, he has also become a great friend. read more

Jason is a fantastic trainer!!! I highly recommend him for personal training. He is smart, fun, keeps you motivated and, most of all, he truly cares about his clients. I've been blessed to work with many trainers over my many years and I can say that he is one of the best I have ever worked with. Not only do we have a ton of fun with weights, but I also enjoy boxing with Jason. He has already taught me so much in a short period of time and I'm excited to continue working with him. I took Jason's team train class for a year. He really pushed me to my limits and helped me build up my upper body strength and back muscles. He taught me a lot of new exercises and our workouts had a lot of variety. He has a great attitude and makes working out enjoyable. When I was in the 3rd trimester of my pregnancy, I did weekly personal training with him. He helped me safely workout and feel good about myself. I honestly believe my postpartum recovery was a lot faster due to our training. read more

I have been training with Jason for just over 1 year and in that time I have noticed a lot of improvement in my lifting strength and confidence. I'd always been interested in trying to push my limit at lifting weights, but never had the guts to try it on my own. He's a great form coach and it is because of working with him that I'm able to do kettle bell swings without hurting myself! Jason's energy is infectious and keeps me excited and looking forward to work outs. read more

Jason is indeed as good as it gets. I have been seeing Jason for a couple of years now, and he has been the greatest fitness ally I could've asked for. He is very knowledgeable and puts great care in making sure you understand what needs to be done while maintaining good form. He's constantly pushing - I'm lifting more than I thought I would, and perhaps most important of all, he's a fun, warm and caring person. You will not regret having Jason as your trainer! read more

Jason knew what I wanted to work on as I was just telling him briefly what are my goals on our initial consult, and he help me to see my progress within the first month itself! I got stronger, leaner and way better at being aware of my own body and muscles. He taught me how to take care of my body after workout. He cares bout you and your body as a person, and he knows how to guide you and push you pass your limit. All in all, HE IS THE BEST. Go Jason!!!! read more

Not my first "goat rodeo".... We moved to downtown Boston last year and for the first four months, I drove an hour back home for my gym.(yes crazy!) until I met Jason. Obviously, I was hesitant to find a new trainer until I met this fun, talented professional who changed my ways. Who says you can't teach an ole dog new tricks! Jason is fabulous to work with and has truly impacted my life both physically and mentally! read more
