Integrated techniques include Lymph Drainage Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Fluid Pressure Dynamics, Visceral Manipulation, and Shiatsu Acupressure. Two or more techniques are utilized in unison, with the goal of enhancing the motlity of structures, in conjunction with the fluids moving in and out of structures, to create more fluidity and better balanced movement of structures, including muscles, joints, organs, nerves; everything is always moving to a rhythm of the circulation of fluids and/or nerve impulses. It is my job to optimize that movement, within the parameters of those natural rythms, for where you are at with your own posture and health on any given day, which allows further gain in everyday living. Typically, I use Lymph Drainage Therapy to cover body regions, all the while finding areas of tension, pressure points, trigger points, adhesions, which I tend to treat with a combination of Neuromuscular Therapy and Myofascial Release. Both these techniques require a sustained holding of a pattern, which can be either pointed, or broad handed, usually some combination of both. At some point, while still holding this pattern, I typically start to apply a very subtle lymph drainage technique while still holding the steady pressure, until tension changes.
