Grillo Family Dentistry has met my dental needs for three years. I enjoy the welcoming atmosphere of the lobby with free cookies and drinks available. The receptionists are very helpful and friendly and actually remember you from visit to visit. I also enjoy having the same dental hygienist each time I visit so there is no awkward dental health conversation at the beginning of each visit. The state of the art technology and dental practices have also done wonders at helping to improve my oral health. I am generally very nervous about dental visits because I had so many cavities as a kid, but the dental hygienists and Dr. Grillo work together to make my dental visits relaxing events. read more

I thought i had already done a review on this one. Obviously, I had not. This office is amazing. My dentist is Dr. Robeck, i have not met Dr. Grillo. But the work i have had done here has been stellar. Very gentle, no pain (AT ALL - not even some post operative/oral surgery pain i'm post op by one day and not in any pain in the slightest). As far as dentists go in this area, i would NOT pick anyone else. Period. This wound up being one of my better picks over the course of my life. And of course a nicer healthier smile in just a few short visits, what's not to like about that? Seriously, quick efficient way to a healthy mouth. He listens to you and what your goals are and creates a plan to quickly, efficiently get your goals met. But now let me tell you about the staff - they replicate the extraordinary care Dr. Robeck does. Special shout out to Gerien, who has quickly become one of my favorites here in this office (she wasn't in yesterday, i was bummed but she deserves her time off). Our family has been coming here for years, and this team just gets better all the time. I needed an implant and the technology and training that made it happen is so cool. 3D and computer planning, and both Drs. know their stuff. My wife and I highly recommend Grillo Family Dentistry and have enjoyed going there for years. From the moment you walk through the door, you can expect quality and comfort. The waiting room has a great selection of newer magazines and is always stocked full of cookies, gum, coffee, and water. The dental chair and pillow combination are incredibly comfortable, to the point where I've almost fallen asleep during my cleanings. No help at all. I am very disappointed in this dentist's office lack of professionalism. On Sept 27, I called his office requesting an appointment to re-cement my temporary bridge which had become loose and actually had fallen out; I said I am from out of town and I would pay cash. My bridge consists of 6 upper front teeth, so without it in place, I cannot smile nor speak in public without covering my mouth. My fiancé, who lives in Omak recommended Dr Grillo since he was a patient of his. I received my temporary bridge in my CA hometown on Sept 14 and will receive my permanent bridge when I fly back on Oct 30. The receptionist said she would speak to the dentist and call me back. I waited FIVE days and no phone call. I called again on Oct 2. The receptionist said she didn't have a chance to speak to the dentist yet, one day he left early, he's been busy teleconferencing, she has to "take care of their patients first", she's very busy, and she talked to an assistant who told her to re-cement my bridge might be very complicated and expensive (no!).....but I was "at the top of her To-Do list" and she would call me back. It's a day later at 7:00 pm on Oct 3 and again no phone call. All Dr Grillo's office had to do was say they can't help me...to say nothing is unprofessional.
