There's a strong sense of mutual respect and collaboration in our working relationship and I feel like she really pays attention to what I bring to each appointment, whether that's a health challenge or a goal I have to increase my health. I also value that she has decades of experience treating thousands of patients *and* is always curious and eager to learn about advances and new findings related to improving health. And it's super cool to that my doctor is also my massage therapist! It really feels like the bodywork I receive from Dr. Sierra is taking into account the entirety of my health. What she offers in each massage session is customized for me. I leave feeling great and the tension in my neck/shoulders has significantly improved over these last few months.
