We are really good about getting in every six months for cleanings, so we see them at least twice a year. I had an emergency procedure done at one point and most recently a couple of poorly seated crowns replaced. Dr. P and his staff are so polite, gentle and patient! During the procedure, I had an asthma attack that scared me a bit, but they were super fast to take care of me, grabbing my inhaler out of my purse and gave me some time to recouperate before getting after it again. They do their best to make an uncomfortable experience as pleasant as possible... Netflix, Hulu, Disney+... heated massage chairs... weighted blankets... it's pretty darn comfortable! Brenna has been my hygienist this year and I wouldn't trade her!! She's ridiculously sweet and so very gentle! Before you know it, you're done and ready to go! When we booked appointments for next summer, I reiterated to her that I wanted to be with her. I'm big on the relationships built with my healthcare providers. I know some don't care, my husband is good with anyone in the office and in reality, I'm okay with it too; but I really like having someone to look forward to seeing every six months!

She found Eagle Summit and was able to be seen right away. She came back raving about the positive experience she had, which encouraged me to make an appointment for both my husband and me. It has truly been an amazing experience. They are kind, friendly, welcoming, and very thorough. We have only been going there for about two months, but so far every visit has been excellent. My first major procedure is coming up soon, but I am trying not to be concerned because I feel comfortable and well cared for by the team. Me and my family were greeted with smiles and warm welcomes when we entered the facility making it feel like a very friendly environment. Hannah at the front desk was very polite and showed that she cared about patients days by asking how our mornings went and so forth. Further more the cleaning was the best I've ever had. With the help of Dr. Zli and Dr. You they helped clean my teeth in a rather quick manner and made sure I was very comfortable throughout. Lastly Kara was super kind and took great care of me while taking X-rays and cleaning my teeth. Zero complaints from me and I will definitely continue to return to Eagle River Smiles :)

Left when my dentist, Dr. Kocherhans, said he too isn't vaccinated. An actual doctor! With safe and effective vaccines available for months, no unvaccinated dentists or hygienists should practice their trade. They don't need to get vaccinated, that choice must be respected. But unvaccinated people are prolonging this pandemic, by offering their bodies to the virus so it can propagate, mutate, and kill. And dental staff are great hosts, given the close contact they have with patients. After 18 years, I'll find a new dental office. One that takes science, medicine, common sense, and patriotism seriously.
