During our initial consult, the owner Jared was very convincing. I showed examples of other custom sites I liked, and Jared promised he would provide something similar. However, the website I received was a simple Wordpress template with no customizations. It can be purchased for online for only $45. In addition, the custom logo he promised was simply text with a stock photo in the background. When asked about it, Jared claimed that a customized site, similar to the examples I showed him, would cost thousands more than I paid. Upon completion of my website, Jared called at 11:00pm at night to say he had finished (very unprofessional!). He also claimed he was too busy to help me, and sent many rude messages when I asked him for simple changes on my website. At one point he sent a text saying I needed to "ask more nicely" if I wanted any changes to be done. Needless to say, I was appalled. A big reason I chose Mirsky Media was their positive Yelp reviews. However, I would not recommend Mirsky Media's web design services to any business owner. I am very disappointed with my website and the poor customer service I received. UPDATE: Despite the response below, I NEVER received a refund from Mirsky media. After he saw my yelp review, Jared has been sending threatening texts. In his last message, he threatened to retaliate by posting negative reviews for my own business. To start, I was convinced by a Sr. Sales Rep named Brad Jenkins for professional services for a custom web design and a 6 month marketing partnership for $8,210 with a company called Web Verse, Inc. that included a promise to get your money back guaranteed on their website and pricing proposal they present to you. I paid for my service Jan. 23, 2023. I was gaslighted and never received any promised product, design quality, or met any promised deadlines. So, I told Marcus Jayson and their entire fake team on Feb. 21, 2023 that I want to end my partnership and want my refund. They ended the call and immediately ghosted me. I'm blocked on every phone number that I had communicated on, they won't respond to any emails. It's like they fell off the face of the earth. And you'll see other real reviews that have had the same experience, because of course it's a real life scam organization. And I'm not using that word sarcastically! It's a real scamming company that's based in India not in the USA. Or Seattle, WA like they say they are. There's ABSOLUTELY no way this business is real and I'm not exaggerating. This business is equivalent to the same scam calls you get from India about false claims so that they can gaslight you into giving them your money. 99% of the time I do my diligence in researching, but this 1% time I didn't dive deep enough at all. I went surface level on my research and mainly relied on the false professionalism I received from their supposed Sr. Sales rep, Brad Jenkins. Any positive review you see isn't real. It's their scam team going in with fake profiles leaving reviews to offset the negative reviews like the one I'm leaving. I'm sure someone within this scam organization will follow up to reply and lie about something that isn't true about the statement that I'm sharing just to cover themselves. But whatever they say just know it's false. Even the positive reviews you see on this platform isn't real. It's the other scam members making fake profiles to fake reviews. Web Verse, Inc is not a legit company at all. They're not even based in Seattle, WA. It's literally all fake. Fake employees on LinkedIn with random pictures they find to use as profiles. And even their names are fake. Fake profiles to leave reviews on multiple platforms. It's a large scam organization and they have multiple inside scammers that leave these fake positive reviews on all media platforms. The name Brad Jenkins, Marcus Jayson, Kevin Kent, Bruce Williams, Zach Hansen, Emmauelle Rodrigo, Mark Keys, etc isn't even their real names. All the names they use are fake. And I have to give credit that this scam company pays good money for SEO searches that allows them to pop up on google for people who are searching for web designs services. And they have a well designed website and a bot chat that will convince potential customers that they're a legit business. And Brad Jenkins will even meet you over zoom with his screen on during the sales process just to try and make it more personal, professional, and to appear like it's a legit company to reel you in. I've worked in high level leadership as an executive in Corporate America for many years so the level of a scam professional is a skill that I would give credit to say that Brad Jenkins provided in presenting ROI, but it was all a scam and I'm just blown away that I was the pick of the litter to be apart of a well running scam organization called Web Verse, Inc. I have already started my lawsuit and I have a well experienced law team to help me receive my refund.
