The system had me dial 1 to hear the options again and dial ext 105. They lost a star telling me that person is not available and having me dial 828 625 5140 and not to leave a voice mail message. They are now at 3 stars. They lost a star having me go into my GIS system viz my county's tax assessor office website and retrieve my tax pin (parcel identification number); something that many people don't know to do. They are now at 2 stars.
