This additional charge was never clearly disclosed or brought to my attention beforehand. Receiving an unexpected bill of $1,600 after paying more than $10,000--and after the procedure and final appointment were completed--was completely unacceptable. I found the situation outrageous, misleading, and extremely unprofessional. Patients deserve complete transparency regarding all charges before agreeing to and paying for a medical procedure. Based on this billing experience, I have lost trust in this office and would not return or recommend it to anyone considering a procedure.
