I was moving into my home from the west coast, with the movers bringing hundreds of boxes into the home. There is a area in the corner of the garage where half inch pvc piping is protruding from the sheet rock for a future garage sink. A box was pushed up onto one of the pipes and it cracked off inside the wall. Water was pouring into the garage at a high rate. I was able to turn off the water to the home, but now, on moving day, we were left with the prospect of spending the night in a hotel since it was 3:30 pm, and we had no idea who to call, especially at this late time in the day. I starting cold calling area plumbers for help. 3 or 4 calls later, and either no answer, or a "we can get someone to you tomorrow sometime", I called Mike at Walker's Plumbing. He answered, he heard the desperation in my voice, and even though it was now 4 pm, and he was over an hour away, he tells me not to worry and he will make his way to me right away. A little over two hours later my cracked water pipe was perfectly repaired, and at a very reasonable cost. Mike has a wonderfully positive attitude. I had what I thought was a small issue, that then turned into a BIG issue. I called Classic one…read moreevening and they got back to me the very next day super fast. I scheduled something, but turns out that it leaked much faster. They called me back after hours just to check on me, then came to visit me the next day! I needed significant repairs to multiple valves in my house (toilet valve, under sink valves, shutoffs to both hoses, and a repair to the main water shutoff valve to my house). The main shutoff was in a very awkward spot, but they were able to repair it with no problems.
