The ground was covered in patches of dirt, weeds, even construction debris. Overwhelmed, we called Lakescape Services for a sod estimate. Kaleb impressed us immediately with his knowledge and professionalism. He provided a prompt and fair quote and we went with his company for our yard revamp. We couldn't be happier with the result. Kaleb and his team did a fantastic job cleaning and leveling the yard and laying our sod and provided helpful tips for ensuring the roots would take. Less than a month later, we have a lush, healthy yard full of grass. All of our neighbors are complimenting us on how great it looks! Edina Landscape & Concrete does not stand behind their work…read more They installed concrete steps and landing leading to our front door, a walkway and steps down to the sidewalk as well as a walkway to the street. Within a year a crack formed running the depth of the top step to the house, down through the next step and is extending down through the next step. When I contacted the company to complain, I was told that their warranty only applies to cracks of at least 1/4 inch wide. Unfortunately, mine does not meet that criteria. The owner recommended that I keep an eye on it and call back when widens to that point. He also told me that he will replace it now if I would agree to pay half the cost. The work was very expensive and the thought that I should pay to replace his shoddy work is laughable. Also, when I requested a signed copy of the guarantee, he was unable to produce it. So now I'm stuck with steps that have unsightly cracks and there's nothing I can do about it. Shoddy work, poor customer service, incomplete documentation: Don't use them!
