Inside was a white robe, and there was also an area with sandals in all different sizes for guests to choose from. They explained the ins and outs of the spa and told me they give guests the option to arrive an hour early or stay an hour after their appointment to enjoy the pool and hot tub amenities. Honestly, I only came in expecting to get a massage, not to spend extra time there--but after their warm introduction, they made it impossible not to. They told me they would come find me when it was time, so I kept an open mind, put on my swimsuit, grabbed my book, and went out by the pool. Sitting there, reading in that beautiful setting, completely shifted my mindset. When my appointment began, the NEW Stress Elimination Massage - 50 minutes, done by Ashlaye, was incredible and exactly what I needed. Afterward, they gave me a warm neck wrap and offered a complimentary glass of wine, champagne, coffee, or tea. I left feeling so cared for and refreshed, and even though it's only been a few days, I can still feel the benefits. I'll definitely be back!

I waited for a little while in the front lobby after checking in, but the girls helped me to some "Spa water" and made sure I was comfortable. I was also given a heated neck wrap which was really nice because I am always cold. Anastasia was masseuse and she did excellent with meeting my needs for pressure/tension areas. Would book again for her. My pedicure was done by another really nice woman, sorry I did not get her name. She did a great job though. The ambiance was very modern, chic. It was a very quiet, peaceful setting. Overall I had a good experience.

I have to comment on Dr. McDonnell's oral exam: I have never had such a complete and appropriate oral examination by a General Dentist at a routine oral hygiene appointment! She took the time to do a complete head and neck examination, then proceeded to the oral cavity, top to bottom. As oral, head and neck cancers are often discovered by the patient at an advanced stage, it is very comforting to know that my dentist is performing such an important exam at every visit. I have finally found my new "dental home" here in Central Florida, and I am honored to be her patient. Will definitely recommend her practice to my friends and family.
