My daughter suffered from extremely painful acne for months. We saw dermatologists who diagnosed it…read moreas acne and prescribed a topical cream. After four weeks with no improvement, we were told to continue for another four weeks. Around that time, I was speaking with Nancy about my own skin cream and casually mentioned my daughter's situation. Nancy immediately asked thoughtful questions--about sugar intake (which was high) and sports (she plays varsity soccer). She then asked for a photo and quickly suspected fungal acne rather than traditional acne. Nancy made several practical recommendations, including reducing sugar and trying an over-the-counter antifungal. We saw noticeable improvement in less than a week, and today my daughter is completely acne-free. The photos we have span from September through December, showing the full transformation. I'm incredibly grateful for Nancy's insight and willingness to look beyond the initial diagnosis.
