Awful service, a month after I received my car back I start having all these mechanical issues to discover they ZIP TIED my transmission control module. Which caused further damage to wires and now they are refusing to cover a rental car while my car is out of commission from their negligence. What reputable auto body shop zip ties electrical wire instead of fixing the module in the first place? There is no excuse for their behavior and I hope no one goes to them. They are also trying to claim these cut wires were already present and the zip ties was not the ultimate cause. Then why was I able to still drive my car from november 2024 to february 2025 without any mechanical issues. But within a month of getting my car back in Late February I had to get 3 tow trucks and was stranded for hours on different occasions. You guys know exactly who I am and Roger you were entirely useless. As a "Proudly Family Owned & Operated Business" you guys should do better and actually help your customers. read more

Our vehicle was damaged by a deer collision. Took months to get into this insurance recommended shop. Went to pick up the vehicle and there were tool scratches on the vehicle that were not there when we dropped it off, buffer burns on the plastic, missing fasteners and missing paint on the newly replaced parts. Do not waste your time with this second rate shop. I will never bring another vehicle here for repairs. read more

We dropped our car at JAS after hitting a deer. They were super busy but got to an estimate in @2 days. They initially were backed up weeks but offered to get to it within a week. After a little bit of miscommunication Toby worked with us to allow us to buy the parts and get the car to our home where it could be immediately worked on. He was reasonable in working out an agreement for costs for parts to avoid the customary storage and estimate fees. thanks! read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE. My car was vandalized, three windows smashed, a small dent above my door handle, and then two windows had dents in the "casing". I took my car to have windows repaired somewhere else, and was told they couldn't fix it completely because of the dented "casings". My insurance company sent their adjuster out and said it would be an easy fix. Took my car to JAS, estimate was a total of 8 days, they had my care for 15 days. They didn't fix everything originally (4days) b/c the adjuster left some things off the estimate. So the adjuster had to go back out and do a supplemental damage estimate, I was told it would take another 4 days (8 total). No such luck. Each time I called I got a different excuse, the part was wrong, the switch needed to be replaced etc....when I finally got the call my car was ready, I was happy. I sat in my car and within 30 seconds noticed the BIG crack going down the center of my windshield. Jesse said it was a pressure crack but they never offered to fix it or compensate us. Go somewhere else. I knew I should of gone to collision works, however JAS could fix my car sooner. Next time I will wait. read more

We brought our car in for repair after an accident. They told us it would be 7 to 8 days to fix. After 4 days they called for us to pick k it up. My husband inspected the work and found a scratch on the brand new bumper and a couple of scratches on the rear side panel. My husband pointed them out. JAS said they would again, call us when it was ready. They kept the car another three days. So, we did have to make a second trip to pick up our car. However, technically they stayed within the original time limit. Also, they detailed the dash and all of the electronics. My car looked very nice. read more

Amateurs. I asked them to do a few minor repairs to my car. There were two small areas of rust on the rear, a large chip on the roof, and the door was misaligned. They painted over some of rust on the rear with no attempt to remove the corrosion. The other area which we had discussed was not addressed. They fixed the chip on the roof fine, but the paint was not matched well at all. They did fix the hinge on my door, but it was still misaligned when I got it back. In addition to this, the door mirror, which was fine when I left it with them, was not mounted properly (it had been removed when they worked on the door hinges). I brought the car back to them, and was told that the rust repair was done right (as if I'm an idiot). The door they said was as good as they could get it. They had no ideal how to put the mirror back on right. I ended up watching a You Tube video and was able to align to door myself. I also took the mirror apart and found the problem (a small washer had been put in upside down-the "up" side was even marked "up", so not rocket science). So I fixed the problems they created in about an hour in my driveway. In summary, they seemed to be able to replace the door hinge and fill in a chip OK, but they didn't complete the repairs we agreed on beforehand, seemed to be unable to figure out how to align a door, and messed up my mirror. They made a faint-hearted attempt to address some of these issues, then more or less dismissed me with no real improvement in things. Really a waste of money, effort and time. Never again, and would definitely not recommend their work for anything. read more

I'm surprised by the negative reviews. We live nearby and have taken two cars to JAS for repairs. Both times the repairs were done promptly and well, and at a fair price. They have Progressive and Geico offices right in-house, and our experiences both times were seamless (we have, and recommend, Geico); rentals through Enterprise are right there, too. We made all the arrangements in a single call to Geico, and everything was taken care of. I wasn't in the shop any more than10-15 minutes to drop off my car and pick up the rental; and maybe five minutes to pick up my repaired car two days later. On top of that, I got two calls from JAS and two from Geico, keeping me apprised; and the women in the office, especially Meghan, could not have been any kinder or more cheerful. I'm not sure anyone can fairly expect more from an auto body shop. They met and exceeded my expectations, by a long shot. I hope not to have to do business with them again, but if we get another car smashed, it'll be a pleasure! read more

My neighbors backed into my new car and it needed a new rear bumper and some quarter panel work done. Dropped it off with all the insurance info and was given my rental. Job was done 2 days sooner than quoted and I couldn't even tell anything had happened. Looking forward to taking my '79 in for some custom work sometime. read more

We brought our van in for repair and it was done on time and for less than the estimate! Looks great and they even vacuumed the inside and washed the car (I plan on getting into an accident every few months or so for the free car wash!). The staff is extremely friendly and helpful plus they have a real nice pup who greets you at the door. What else could we ask for. read more

If your insurance company allow you to fix your car in other workshops, do forget this terrible place. Not only because it usually takes way too much time to fix your car, but their people never listen to customer's quest. If you still want your car, try somewhere else. Horrible experience from beginning to the end two months later when the "manager" assaulted my ears with an angry rant and told me to take any future business elsewhere. This was after their own subcontracted mechanic drove the car with the hood unlatched resulting in a smashed windshield and hood broken off the hinges. Best advice I ever got was from him: Take your business elsewhere! Especially if you value your ride. read more

I don't know anyone who has had a good experience here. I took my care here because Geico uses them for repairs. My car was dropped off on Friday for repairs to start on Monday. It was "guaranteed" to be ready Wednesday. It wasn't finished, so it was promised to be really done on Thursday, it wasn't. they left a message saying it was totally going to be ready Friday instead. I called them back, talked to a manager who was a rude prick, and argued with me and raised his voice, and didn't offer to do anything to try and fix the situation. They have rental vehicles, they could have easily offered me a one day rental at no charge to try and make it look like they gave the tiniest of shits, but nope. Terrible customer service, don't deliver what they "guarantee" and don't care that they don't. I called Geico to lodge a formal complaint, and the guy at Geico told me it isn't the first time he's heard stuff like this. read more
