He completed half of my tattoo in the first session, after which I paid him the full $400 he agreed to plus a $100 tip, and we scheduled a follow up meeting to complete the tattoo for no additional money. He cancelled the next appointment the night before the appointment was scheduled, and it took over a week to get any response at all to get the appointment back on the calendar. He then cancelled on me 3 more times (4 cancellations total) over the next 2 months to complete my tattoo. I then went to his shop at the time he cancelled to see if there was any truth to his excuse that he couldn't make the appointment, and he was there prepping to tattoo another client. I demanded to have my already-completely-paid-for tattoo completed that day, or for Ryan to give me back half of my money for the tattoo back plus the tip I gave him ($300 total). He told me to come back at 5:00 and he would have my money for me. I video-recorded the entire exchange in case I needed to take him to court (which I will be). When I got there at 5:00, the shop was locked up and closed, Ryan was not there, and he left a print out of a hand giving the middle finger for me on the door!!! (Picture also included) I will be taking him to small claims court over this. Never use Ryan Hadley for anything. He stole from me, and does not have any respect for his clients' time or money. Off to the file a small claims suit...

My tattoo turned out awesome. I had never been to Studio 13 before, and was really happy when I walked in, and saw how great the inside looked - plenty of light coming in, clean, semi-private spaces for each artist. The man at the front desk was very pleasant, explained the electronic paperwork to me, and my appointment was on time. After Austin was finished, my picture was taken with the studio's camera, and then they offered to take pictures of it on my phone for me, which I really appreciated. At checkout, I was given very clear after-care instructions, a packet of A&D ointment and some Studio 13 stickers. Please note, this place is cash only.

Adorned with picture after picture or catchy bumper stickers on the wall. It's very cool and will keep you entertained just by gazing and reading everything. I chose fett to finish up my half sleeve. I'd recommend making an consultation apt with all the artist over walking in. Each artist has their own Pinterest site and you can look them up on Facebook to see their work. They can do it all. Even piercings. I felt very safe and comfortable for table inside and fett made my experience awesome. He drew up the design after I text him all my ideas and it was outstanding. Exactly what I had in my mind. He was accommodating and understand of what I wanted. He also was extremely polite and easy to deal with. I did have to wait a few weeks to get in but only due to the holiday and our schedule but he is busy as well as the other artist. Fett was amazing. He was very light handed. Made the time go. By so fast with how easy I was to have a conversation with. He was understanding when I had to stop and reposition my arm or hurt in the chair. Hey 4 hours is a long time. Lol. He only took breaks to change his gun or shoe my arm. When he was done he wrapped me real good and gave precise cleaning directions along with a reminder card of what to do. Very clean shop that had the stations well within social distance rules. Everyone had to wear masks and they sanitized; a lot. I'd highly recommend this sho and fett any day to anyone. If he can't do it he'll refer you to someone in the shop that can. Just an all around whole shin local business. Thank you
