He blamed me for a crack that follows the grain on my door slab. I also had a window that filled up with water that they warrantied. 2 out of 3 products that I purchased from Bethel have been defective. Cason lost a window and door package worth $30k over not warrantying my door. I hope the owner of Bethel reads this and explains customer service to his employees. I have pictures of the cracked slab but am unable to to add them to my review.

He showed me the different options and sizes, measured everything and was able to provide the quote in a one sitting. I requested the windows be replaced in June 2018, they were right on the mark! Replacing the windows is something we have wanted to do for the last 8 years. 2018 seemed like a good year to do it in. It was to be a surprise for father's day. I was a tad bit apprehensive... he loves them as well (Thank goodness!). They were able to build a bay window to match the configuration of the previous window. I also requested that the two other windows in the front of the house be built out into mini bay windows to match the living room one. These had to be custom built on-site. The windows turned out fabulous! These guys are amazing! 3 days and they had all the windows removed and replaced, including building the bay windows. You can definitely tell they have been working together for awhile. I just stepped back and tried my best to stay out of their way. Before they were replaced, the windows had a dark brown frame, which made the house look like it was a mint ice-cream chocolate chip house. We finally got rid of the chocolate chip windows. They eventually turned up 5 days after they said they would making excuses every day till they did. They sent 1 fitter to take carpets upstairs on his own causing scuff marks and damage to walls and wood work. The carpets were not cut straight so had messy finish to the edging. I contacted them to repair the work someone came out once to try and stretch the carpets but following day they were back to being away from kick-boards. I tried several time even held back the remainder of my payment hoping they would come to correct it but alas no-one came out. They are now taking me to collections for the remainder of the money as I refuse to pay unless they correct the work. I wouldn't recommend them unless your happy with inferior work and untidy finishes that will never get fixed ! My only solution to the mess they made is getting wider kick-boards at my own expense.

Trevor was aggressive and unprofessional after completely botching the job on my new vehicle. The tint had numerous uneven cuts and flaws, showing zero attention to detail. Horrible experience from start to …read more... No help with sizing a custom wondow, blamed for making one alteration, missed two completion dates after being assured 48 hours prior. Was told my job was bumped for larger job. Was not notifed of completion and when I visited shop, noticed it was finished to an incredibly poor standard (wish I could post a picture) Contractor wouldnt accept it and was told "summer staff was responsible."
