As a licensed realtor in another state I didn't need to take the class but decided to force myself to sit there so I could retain the information and pass my state exam. I will say the instructor we had was top notch, not boring in the least, and definitely had a way of presenting the materials to make them stick. I was in and out in 2 1/2 days and they combined it with the full class for those people looking to get their license which to me and made all the sense in the world. The booklet they gave me for the state materials was pre-highlighted so all I had to do was make my own notes and add additional highlighter for those items I needed to focus on. I was quite pleased and felt that my money was well worth what I got!

Information that's read to you is dense and you have a short period of time before taking the test. Mentally exhausted when you get home and then you have to do it again! I would not recommend this course. Study online, it's cheaper and in a more conducive learning environment
