We were told one thing regarding timing and expectations, but the execution fell short, which was frustrating on such an important day. That said, the staff was polite and there were a few dishes that guests seemed to enjoy, so I do appreciate the effort that went into serving such a large event. When asked why this was the situation the owner, Ben, stated that the girl was new and that they would take care of the situation. They didn't. First a refund was offered for roughly 474 and then for 575 but was never sent. They jerked my sister and my dad around for weeks, and even the credit card company by submitting false information. Unfortunately, we had a very negative experience with them & when we contacted them about rectifying the issue, they told us they would refund us about 1/2 of what we gave for their services then completely ghosted us. The owner and I had multiple conversations about expectations for the catering - the biggest thing was her assuring me they would bring to go containers for the left over food, and use our recipes for our "his and hers" drinks, for which we went and purchased all of the ingredients out of our own pockets (~$400-500 total). No to go containers were provided, which caused us to have to throw away an absolute ridiculous amount of food - the food that my husband and I planned our mini honeymoon around having. Also, the people that were sent had no idea they were going to be serving alcohol, so they didn't have the bartending supplies we were assured they would have, and the drinks that were served were not what we asked to have served. My mother had to go grab knives from the airBNB and distribute them to the guests for them to be able to eat their food. The owner texted me not 24 hours before the wedding to confirm the wedding cake flavors (strawberry w chocolate icing) but sent us a strawberry with vanilla icing. It was just an utter catastrophe to be totally honest and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone - I would advise against using them for any reason.
