This experience was so bad that I have to share…read more I made an appointment for my now - wife to have a simple updo on the morning of our wedding, June 15. While I was waiting at the church, she texted me saying that the stylist had admitted that she did not know what she was doing, and had already reached out for help to two other stylists. The result was that my love arrived for our special day stressed, upset, and lacking the confidence boost we had hoped this simple styling would bring her to begin her most important day. Nobody at the salon offered her any apology or offer of discount, etc. I emailed the salon management with the story and received no reply, so that is why I am sharing it here as my only, feeble recourse.

From the moment I sat in Cara's chair, she made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to listen, explained everything, and made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. Cara is so down-to-earth and easy to talk to. Our conversation flowed naturally, and I genuinely enjoyed my time there just as much as I loved the results. You can tell how much heart and hard work she's poured into the salon--it's absolutely beautiful, welcoming, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. Walking out, I not only loved my hair but also felt excited about going back to a salon again.
