Is it because no one is watching you?" She was not making a mess. She was looking though the piles and she was looking through them better than I. When I look back she was standing right behind us watching my niece and nephew look through the clothes that were hanging. I then informed her she doesn't need to worry because we were watching them. And she said that she just "doesn't want them to poke there eye." I informed her that they wouldn't because I was watching them and she doesn't need to worry because that's not her job. She then said that her job is to make sure the store is clean and that the kids were making a mess. I told her they were not and if they did I would clean up after because I'm not inconsiderate. She then said that the clothes were getting on the floor and dirty. As she said this a piece of clothing fell and my niece picked it up and placed it back on the shelf. Overall, terrible experience. I explained I didn't want it fixed because it was obviously made poorly and for the money I paid last didn't want "someone stitching up thank you very much " She said well I'm not taking it back" This woman can see I am standing there with more clothes to buy today...the right answer is "I am so sorry I know you shop with us often let me give you a credit towards your purchase today. She was beyond rude thus I put down the clothes I was going to purchase and picked up my phone to write this yelp review. I will not shop there again. If you are going to have top prices then you best have top customer service to match it. Shameful behavior especially given the number of places to mediocre overpriced children's items in this area. It's located on Campbell Ave where there aren't many stores and the parking lot was completely empty. Once was entered the store all of our preconceptions were thrown out the window, this place is great! A big step above Babies R Us in customer service. We had quite a few questions about cribs and were given great demos by the staff. While browsing we saw a Chicco brand highchair which goes for about $179 and picked it up for $79. A high quality chair at a very reasonable price. The store is very small as they do almost all their business on the web. However they do have a very nice selection of strollers, many brands that you cannot find at those chain stores. They also carry a nice amount of cribs, car seats, and other odds and ends. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend that anyone who is expecting stop in to check it out. *This might be important...... they are closed on Saturday and Sunday!
