I love dealing with Dr. Erlichman because she is a confident Ophthalmologist and it shows in her work that she is knowledgeable and very experienced. I had my cataracts removed this year by her and I am still very happy with the results. I have intraocular lenses put in after she took all the cataracts away! For the first time in 20 years, I can see at a distance! I enjoyed my latest vacation because I can actually see what my husband points out for me. Everyone at their office is certainly respectful and professional. The place is always full of people. You can get checked out by the Ophthalmologist or optometrist and select your frames from the same office. And the Hospital is across the street for the surgery! It is so convenient!

I told her I came in early to look at glasses because I need a new pair and she kept insisting and getting very ignorant that I do it later. Then the girl in the hallway started getting ignorant along with her saying we need to have you ready for the doctor. If that was the case then they should have scheduled me sooner. There was no one else in the waiting room. I'm still in shock as to the way I was treated today. My husband and I will never go back.

When they got there they told them they were two hours behind and had to rebook. My dad continued having issues. A relative told us about Dr Territo. We explained what was going on and she got him in immediately, even though she was booked out for quite some time. She saw he had a tear in his cornea and explained there was also inflammation as if looked like it had been there a while. She got him drops to bring down the inflammation and explained next steps. I can't begin to express how thankful we are for Dr Territo.

Get in-- get out. It is very obvious that they discriminate and assume "state insurance" holders, even when my son wasn't covered by that type of insurance. Not sure she even really made the connection at all. I was more worried about the restraint holding she wanted us to put our 2 year old in. Of course he was upset, she didn't even take the time to acknowledge he was there. she seemed repulsed by him, especially after he was crying and chasing him around the room between mom & dad trying to comfort him. "Oh-- and he has green mucous-- that needs to be treated" -- very poor bedside manner. A "treatment plan" was created. No other options were discussed. I had asked what our options were-- "nothing else to be done, the staff assistant will explain what will be done".. Extensive work was to be done. The comment of "I'm assuming he was a breastfed child?" And dismissal of WHY his dental work needed done was unreal. 2/10, the best part about this place was the fish tank

After my Pittsburgh Dr. left the area, I transferred to Rogerson, here at ENT. I use the Somerset office and he has been very attentive, and he's extraordinarily gifted as a physician. I can attest to that because of the constant needs I have. I recommend him to anyone, Somerset or Johnstown. They have several Doctors in that practice.
