But I asked for a small slit in the left and she failed to give me that. I have a tattoo and will be wearing custom sneakers so I really wants both of those to show. She did attempt a slit but it didn't end up working. The stitching is horribly done, and there is so much bulging fabric that she didn't off that peaks out of the slip and just looks off. Then I asked her to take off more then normal from my waist since I wanted a very open back. She instead made the open back smaller and you can barley see the beautiful corset that my dress has. Overall I don't think it was worth what we paid since she didn't execute what I wanted. I still do love my dress but I'm still disappointed that I am unable to have the perfect dress. But I will say if your looking for some simple alterations she I'd recommend her. But if you want crazy big changes or add-ons done I'd look somewhere else.

I'm actually a little bit shocked that it hadn't been reviewed yet when I dropped off a couple pairs of pants the other day! It's a small shop on the upper level of Park Lane Mall found from the main entrance by hopping on the escalators or stairs off to the right -it's in the main hallway. The head tailor here has been my go-to for alterations on any piece of clothing that I just can't have messed up. Typically, this means hemming pricy denims down to my Smurf-life height without having to worry about them coming back too long, too short, or looking like I hemmed them myself. For an extra cost ($20 rather than the normal $8 for a hem), they'll do a euro hem which makes the bottom of your jeans look professionally finished rather than just folded up and shortened. Definitely worth it if you've invested in a great pair to start with. Not only that, but the tailor actually cares about the work he's doing. He'll take your measurements as per usual, but he'll also ask about the shoes you wear, how you stand regularly, whether you like them to run long, etc. Even for a simple hemming, Daniel's makes sure that it's done to suit you specifically. On Saturdays, appointments can be made for consultations on more complicated jobs which I haven't done before, but I have witnessed the change in my friends' wardrobes after getting run through this shop. Even though we had not purchased our items from here, they were more than pleased to tailor them for us for a reasonable price. We were impressed that the owner and others we met in the location were attentive, knew their business extremely well and offered advice to ensure the work would turn out well. Had we gone elsewhere, I would not have known to keep the euro hem in my new jeans, my husband's sport coat would have been taken in at the wrong seams, and I know his two nice shirts would have been a mess. Everything turned out better than I expected and we have found several other items that we will be taking in over the coming weeks. Sana is the lovely proprietress, and she greets everyone with a smile and can-do attitude. I have had multiple pairs of jeans hemmed here, and zippers replaced on items from skirts to my favourite wool winter jacket. Sana will put a rush on anything you need if necessary, though I have never needed anything quickly. She is capable and pleasant to deal with. Replacing a small zipper will run you around $8-10 and having some small alterations done will likely be around $10-$20. You can ask at the time if you're concerned about cost, though I have always found it to be very reasonable and much better than messing it up myself! You can also pay when you drop your items off or when you pick them up. There's a curtained off dressing room if you need to put on trousers before hemming or get advice on other alterations. I highly recommend this place as it's efficient and inexpensive!

I arrived to pick them up at 11:35am while on my way to work, and I ended up having to wait 5 minutes while he finished one of my pants in front of me.
