Do you like inconsiderate, money grabbing doctors who will do anything to bill you vs. actually…read morehelp you? Do you like, smug, arrogant and uninterested receptionists that do nothing but belittle you and argue when you need help? Look no further. This Main Line establishment has no shortage of flaws. Once I went in for sleep apnea concerns, to get a sleep study, and the fresh-out-of-college millennial doctor starts browsing on Amazon.com (while I'm still explaining my symptoms) to recommend products for me. He called me "man". I'm older than he is. Where has respect gone in the workplace? Why did I spend $50 copay to have a child dressed in a cheap tie a stethoscope go on Amazon.com to recommend a product to me? Appalling. I quickly switched from that physician to Dr. Stevens who, despite the egregiousness of the practice overall, seems like a decent physician. If you must deal with this practice, he's your guy. Dr. Souder is a disinterested phoney who will write you a script before even considering your conditions fully. She seems more interested in touting the fact that she runs a practice than actual patient care. These doctors are constantly not-in-office and hardly helpful when they are. The rest of their staff is either an out of touch baby boomer or a millennial with a chip on their shoulder. If you're willingly going to these practice, you're a complacent suburbanite sitting on airs who believes the words "Main Line" in a businesses name mean quality or prestige. I assure it's to the contrary. Avoid these people. You could help yourself better before they could or would ever choose to help you.
