It was good and helpfall in there

Sadly my 15 year old daughter went to collect her prom dress today. Being a size 2 we had to order a dress as nothing in the shop was her size. When we arrived excitedly to our dismay the neutral buff colour ordered turned out to be salmon pink and the bodice of the dress did not fit her at all. We were told that we had to take the dress at it was not their policy to order dresses then refund the money £200. I now have a very disappointed daughter who no longer wants to go to her prom and can honestly say that I was not told when ordering the dress that it was not possible to exchange it or have a refund if it did not fit. Nothing can change our experience but please be warned I would not like any other young girls to be bitterly disappointed like us. read more
