Has a cafe on the top floor if you are looking for somewhere to rest your legs and have a brew. Staff are also helpful which is a bonus in any shop! Very centrally placed so definitely worth a browse if you are taking a stroll round the harbour

Its the staff that let this place down more then anything. They all just seem like they really, really don't want to be there...and its kind of infections. This is a seriously stressful branch of Primark. Although most Primarks are always busy and…read moreovercrowded, this one seems to suffer particularly and the clothes are always completely higgedly piggedly, and the queues are insane. Despite that, though, it's the best place to get bargains and basics, so it's worth fighting through if you can catch it when it's quiet-ish.

I find it a good place to shop for essentials and work clothes - things that need to look ok, but not of great fashionable quality.

Staff have always been very helpful and friendly. However, it's never really very busy so you do feel as if you're being watched. Keep an eye out for sales as you can find really good bargains in here during sales!
