Conclusion is many top brand stores here with easy access for wheelchairs with elevators from level to level and not many steps. There is a car parking lot that is connected with more elevators however there is a charge for parking at a ticket machine before you leave so beware how long you are staying as the longer there the more will be charged.....crazy Rated a struggling 2 stars as carparking should be free.

You pay as you leave which is great as I never have any spare change! All of your usual chain shops can be found here and you can stay dry now whilst you do your shopping. Coffee shops galore, so you won't go thirsty! The downside for me is that House of Fraser and Debenhams remain out of the centre, so despite it all being very convenient to shop inside, you need to have your coat if you are planning to venture to either of these or beyond. Overall a welcome addition to what was a dreary town centre. There are lots of Plymothians who dislike it, but you can't please everybody!

I am in my 20's. The clothing ranges for men are similar but the clothing for children is really good, but rivalling the prices you could pay in your local supermarket. There is a fairly large selection of childrens toys which are really good value as are the perfumes, they are all discounted vastly from the RRP. The store can get very busy, and the staff always seem a bit harassed. Stock turns over quickly, so every week there are different bargains. They have a weekly newsletter that they include in the local newspapers which contains the best deals for that week.

Aside from the pharmacy, there is a huge selection of soaps, skin care creams, cosmetics, tights, hair products, and snacks for special diets, to name but a few, and also lots of things which make nice gifts as well, like attractively packaged toiletries. It's also a chemist, and like all chemists leaves you waiting for quite a while before you get your items. At least this way, you can get some shopping whilst you're waiting.

They have womens clothing, childrenswear, and homewares on the first floor and menswear on the second floor. They have escalators on entering as well as lifts in the Homeware section at the back of the store. It is very spacious, I never have any problems with getting around with a pram and everything is displayed really well. So many things catch your eye looking around. The homewares is my favourite part, they stock furniture, lightwear, dinnersets, pictures through to bedding and towels. The whole floor is divided up into sections so you can see clearly where you need to go. The staff are very friendly and helpful and will order items in for you or to be delivered to your home for a charge. Clothing especially can be quite expensive, but all items are very good quality and you do get what you pay for. Every christmas / new year they do hold a half price sale which is great for picking up bargains. The sale does get extremely busy though. Overall though on a normal day as the Next store is so spacious it rarely if ever feels packed and there are always plenty of tills to pay at making it a good shopping experience.

The womens clothes are grouped according to sizes but its worth a look on the other rails as Ive found some great bargains as theyve been put on the wrong rack and therefore not been seen. This store can get quite busy so its sometimes difficult to get round with a pram but there is a lift at the back of the shop to get to the childrens and mens departments. I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful and the childrens section has some lovely clothes.

The shop has become extremely busy of late as people try ever harder to get bargains. I don't know how they sell some of their stuff for just £1, it i samazing. i have found, however, that if you see something that you might have a use for in the future, you should buy it now as their stock turns over quite a lot and it might not be there the next time you go in. they stock allsorts from tools, car accessories, computer stuff, dvds to clothes, toileteries and seasonal goods.
