Sadly they have no lift so there are only stairs to the first floor which makes it almost impossible if you have a pram or are disabled. This store has a good selection of different clothes and accessories including underwear, jewellery, shoes, knitwear, coats, partywear and casual items. Prices are very reasonable for good quality items. There is often a sale but these items tend to be kept upstairs. The staff are friendly and helpful and will help you upstairs if you ask. They have changing rooms both upstairs and downstairs, both are clean and tidy.

New Look specialises in cheap fashion orientated clothing which may not be of the highest quality. They have specific collections for Teenagers, Tall, and Larger Sizes, as well as a range of underwear, footwear and accessories. In my opinion, New Look are best for jeans, which at £10-£20, are often better quality and a better fir that many more expensive brands. They offer various fits which are clearly colour coded by label, so that once you've found the fit that suits you best you can easily recognise similar styles.

The shop sells shoes, boots, trainers and sandals as well as designer accessories, surf and ski wear. It even sells designer watches and ornaments. Main designer labels include animal, etnies, adio, etc Good range of hats as well Very good prices in the sales otherwise it can be a bit pricey. The staff are very helpful.

Not cheap, but it's all for charity so wha the heck. One of the things I quite like about this shop is how it has a photocopier in it, which is a good way of making money as it's in a central student area. So, if you ever need photocopying done, go here and do something for charity rather than go somewhere else!

The main downside that I have found is that the floor is very slippy on the ground floor, so if you don't have very grippy shoes you could easily slip over, or if it got wet. Nicely laid out, with all the usual Debenhams stuff. There is a cafe on the top floor, with comfy seating, but it is quite small and seems to be quite expensive too. It's ok though, although queues always seem long!
