Janes kitchen has proven to be the last word in greatness for us. My wife and I met with Jane and her husband in their cafe for a consultation on catering for our wedding. From the very start they were nothing but helpful. The range of choices for starters, mains and deserts was second to none, but that wasn't even the best bit (I'll come back to that). Throughout jane was able to tailor the service very well to what we would like while keeping it within our budget. The ideas and suggestions were great and for the day we ended up with a better menu than we were likely to have come up with on our own. The best bit........ On the day itself everything came together just as they said it would, the service was excellent and the staff could not have been nicer. There were no problems from start to finish but I get the impression that if there had been they'd have taken it in their stride too. The food itself was the star of the service. Everything and I mean everything was amazing. The great thing was we picked a few choices that we weren't sure some of the older family members would like, but they gave them a go and low and behold (even my dad) liked everything.
