I realized the mistake and immediately drove down to Pro Image Sports, honestly not knowing if there was anything that could be done on such short notice. From the moment I walked in, Tom and Michelle treated me like family. They listened to the situation, understood how important it was to get this corrected for our player, and found a solution without making me feel like I was a burden or that my mistake was an inconvenience. What impressed me most was that they had the jersey corrected with the proper number within an hour! I walked in stressed and frustrated with myself, and I walked out with the problem completely solved and one very relieved coach. Customer service like this is becoming increasingly difficult to find, especially in a world where so much business is conducted online. She responded immediately to my questions and then agreed to quickly assemble and hand-deliver the necklace so that I could wear it right away. (It turns out that we don't live that far apart.) She further customized the necklace in order to perfectly match the bracelet. She added the spacers at no charge. I also didn't even have to pay for overnight shipping, although I persuaded her to take the money.
