I then gave the bracelet to my oldest daughter who absolutely loved it. Put it on her wrist and started to bend it to fit her wrist and she put to much pressure on it and broke the bracelet again! I called Kelly at K&K and she was very compassionate and understanding, she told me to bring it back and they would be happy to repair it for me at no charge. Not too many businesses today will go that extra mile for their customers. Kelly at K&K is a real sweet person who really cares about her customers and treats them like family!
